People tend to be very rude to the employees here but I've found them all to be extremely personable and friendly. Keep up the good work!

The staff have zero communication skills and bad attitude and that bad attitude seemed to be supported from the store manager. I will never go there again

The wrost rite aid pharmacy in the Bronx. The female clerk (black).where you ask 4 refills are always talking to friends and losing orders. I had to wait 3 hrs just for refills. Don't waste your time here the staff is a joke. No wonder there making stuff automated.

The people at the pharmacy are nice (sweethearts) but like most people in the bronx all the employees have a general lack of social normal social skills lol
