I would not go to this place for a paper cut. I called before I went to make sure they had an X Ray machine to Xray my foot. They tried to do it 4 or 5 times but said the machine would not work. I also asked before I went if they were in network with CareFirst and they said yes. I went to CareFirst web site to see how much it would be if in Network and if Out and printed it out. When I got there they ran my information and said I pay the same in or out of network. So I paid the $55.00 when it should have been $40.00. They said when I come back for any other reason, they would credit me, but not mail me a check. So basically I went there for nothing since they could not do the X ray. All they could do is write an order for another x ray place to go the next day. I went there for urgent care. If I wanted to wait, I could have seen my GP and got the xray done anyway the next day and I have no co pay with my GP. They told my wife an I that they were getting a new x ray machine next week. For the average person, don't try and call them because you have to use the same 888 phone number and they said I can file a complaint. I did file one and received a reply from a So called doctor and attorney. Marc Weber. All his letter was is BS. He made it sound like they did the x rays there and the new X Ray machine was only going to be used on larger parts of the body, not the foot. I told them I came for an x ray and did not get that service and should not charge me or my insurance company, but they are going to anyway. I called and asked to speak to this Marc Weber but they said they cannot reach him and do not have him extension and to call back Monday and speak to a Teresa Lucus. I said she did not send the letter or sign it but they would not let me speak to Marc Weber. I told them he is the one I need to speak with and if I need to come there, that is what I need to do. I than received a call from a Josh ???? , funny they ask for all of your information but will not even give me there last name. He said Marc Weber is an attorney and said If I call there again, they would call the police on me. On there web site it says you can write in or call in to complain and it also says they follow Federal Law when it comes to Discrimination on seeing people. I am trying to resolve an issue and they threaten to call the police????
They billed my insurance company for a service they did not provide and that is fraud !!!
DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THERE LOCATIONS OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. CHECK OTHER REVIEWS.

This is a hard one to write. Start with the positive. The care received on 1/12/17 was very good. Now to the area of concern-frustration -- BILLING. This was a worker's comp situation and the initial paperwork was filled out completely with the local company's insurance and patient phone number. I (the patient) never once received a bill for the care; nor did I expect to given it was a worker's comp incident. In June, bill collectors started to call me because there was a $304 balance. I have shared the local company's name and name of insurance covering the incident. The bill collectors will NOT call them and are demanding I get all the info & pay it. The one piece of paper I have been trying to get for nearly 60 days that will resolve this is an itemized bill. No matter how many times I have tried to get this from RT I can't. The web portal is useless. No billing data because it was referred to a collection agency No assistance from their call center. Requests must be made in writing. I send a written request and nothing comes in the mail and you send another written request to continue the circle.

Currently filing complaints with Maryland Board of Physicians and Dept of Health. They prescribed mother (80 yo w Alzheimer's) not one, but TWO drugs to which she is allergic. Top lawyer for firm refuses to put any answers to my questions in writing. Do not use this clinic.

Suggestions or treatment of any type was not even explained by the doctor. Just printed and handed to me. They were nice.

I paid $30.00, with insurance, about three weeks ago to go in the back and have the doctor tell me there was nothing they would be able to do for an injured knee and gave me a referral. If they knew there was nothing they could do for an injured knee, then why do they allow you to be seen. The doctor never even looked at my knee, she almost indstantly gave me a referral (she was very nice). I was probably back there for 10 minutes if that, and that was including wait time for the doctor to come in and for me to do an exit survey. To top it off, I got an email from them today saying they would be charging the credit card on file $10.00 because of insurance explanation of benefits. I am highly disappointed. I knew this would be an expensive, very unproductive, trip. I highly recommend going to the ER or an actual doctor to get real answers. This is a waist of time and just delaying you from getting the help you need.

A Tricare assistant from Annapolis Naval Base recommended this clinic. So, I assumed it would work out well. I had a minor cut and wanted to ensure there was no possibility of an infection spreading. I spent 15 minutes providing my information and another 15 minutes in the waiting room for a 4 minute visit with a PA. I then realized I should've used google to diagnose and resolve my situation. The admin assistant at the front desk was much more concerned about texting and her phone than answering a few questions I had about the forms. Since then I received a $98 CO PAY bill for my troubles. I strongly recommend you continue your search for a real clinic, not a "Jack in a Box" style group.

This medical care was exactly as expected, but then after the visits I would receive a $30 statement for co-pay. Since this had already been paid at the date of service I assumed it was a billing error. I eventually called the practice to make sure everything was OK. Laura Suska answered the phone, and was extremely rude from the beginning, it's frustrating to be getting bills for something you've already paid, but Laura apparently does not understand or know that because she tried fight with me at each and every turn. She talked over me, she never attempted to try to apologize about any of the issues and when I sounded frustrated about it she stated "Ma'am you have anger management problems" that's just one of the great lines that Laura provided. She insisted that she was the practice manager- which I knew to be absolutely incorrect. Overall this was extremely disappointing and I would highly suggest that no one goes to this practice unless you want to be bombarded with insults from Laura Suska for a billing error on their end.

They are simply the best..from the front desk to the nurses and doctors..always professionally and caring.. Never waited over 5 mins to be seen, even as a walkin patient...I trust them to take great care of my boys and myself..as a mother should never feel you doubt the doctor's diagnosis or discomfort..and I have never felt that way over the 10 year's going to them. There team is like a family and treats you as if you were there own.

After falling over on the concrete and landing awkwardly on my forearm, I went to Righttime to have it x-rayed. They took multiple shots at different angles and I was assured the bone was not broken. After a few days I was still in quite a good amount of pain so I decided to go to the orthopedic center at Anne Arundle Medical Center. The bone was broken in two places and I of course had to get a cast. I don't blame this on Righttime, but their x-ray machine obviously does not work the way it's supposed to. Righttime is good for colds and such, but if you think you broke a bone, don't waste the trip there. Just go to the hospital, or literally anywhere else.
