Inconsistent.

The staff is subpar at best. They consistently call out or they are late. The staff does very little work when they are there.

Right at Home has been a huge help since my 90 year father moved in with me. They did a thorough evaluation of my home and found the right companion for my Dad. She comes a few times a week and keeps his mind engaged and moving. Its been so helpful to me and my Dad.

Courteous, professional, reliable, these are a few of the adjectives I can use to describe this well run and caring agency. Kevin has made this process so easy for my family to navigate. At first we had no idea what to do, we never planned for this happening. Kevin was a savior and walked us through step by step.

Its been about 6 months now since we started having some help come in for my parents. I've seen, just in this short time how it has eased the burden of daily living and has made a tremendous difference in the quality of life for my parents. And their caregiver is someone they look forward to seeing - she is kind, patient and caring and works hard for them!

Right at Home has been great with my mom. Very accommodating. The staff always returned calls. The nurse followed up with us to see if we needed anything and answered all of our questions. Fran was very good. Terry in the office was amazing. Always kind, caring and helpful. Definitely would recommend.

Everyone at Right at Home of Cherry Hill is a phenomenal to work with. As a fellow franchisee, we help each other when needed and share ideas and protocols. They have a fantastic team all seeking to provide their clients with white glove services with caring hearts. I know Kevin, the franchise owner for almost 20 years. He brings wisdom, understanding and insight to his team everyday. I feel at home walking in to the office in Cherry Hill as I am greeted each time by the entire team as one of their own. I know for a fact that this extends to the care that they provide to their clients as I have recommended numerous families to them over the past two decade and the feedback is always positive. They truly aim to exceed expectations and offer their clients a wonderful client experience.
