AC was not working at all. Alan came out immediately and was here within 30 minutes in the evening time and fixed our AC in under an hour. Great customer service!

Was at my house with in the the hour that i had called and with me telling him what was going on. He knew what the problem was and fixed within 30 minutes! AC is working again before the heat comes! Great job and very nice to meet you ALLEN! Thank you for your service!

Ac went out overnight. Ricotta was able to come out mid morning and got me working again. Also let me know about a few issues that I will have to watch out for coming soon. Very straight forward and awesome customer service!

They installed a new condenser outside and new coils inside. They were very professional and got it done in a timely manner and didnt even charge all that much most other place's I called were like double what they were charging. Would definitely recommend if you have any problems with your ac or heater

Ricotta Heating and Cooling installed a new HVAC system at our house. They also upgraded the capacity of our air handler return and filter. The weather has been pretty mild so far, so not a chance to put the system through its paces yet. Alan and Sean and John did a great job.
