Wish there was a 0 star option, very dissatisfied with Rick, came out to fix my sump pump with a huge bill. Then when it didn't work right from first fix took me 4 weeks to get them back then an additional huge bill the second time should not have billed me for an ongoing problem. Will no longer be using them.

I could not be happier!! First he call me back right away and then kept communication with me till 811 was done. Then he came out the first thing in the morning to dig up my well and fix my issue. Great customer service and fair pricing.

My husband called and Rick said they would be out the same day. That didn't happen because a job took longer than expected. Rick apologized and said he would be out in the morning. He was there then. He thoroughly explained what could be the problem but when he checked other things he found out that wasn't it. He explained that he would have to go back to the shop to get what he needed. He then called from the shop to tell me he found what he was looking for and he would be back in a few minutes. In all he did a great job! He explains what he is doing which I like. So if you need some plumbing work done I would recommend them.
