  Richmond Plumbing & Heating upgraded a heating system for our tenants apartment..They were reasonably priced , professional and courteous..They arrived on time and completed the job as they promised..I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for anyone’s heating and plumbing needs....

  Showed up fast. I mean, 40 minutes fast. Knew what was wrong and fixed it for a fair price. Honestly can not ask for more than that. Made a worrisome moment 100 times better.

  I have used this company recently to install a new furnace for the apartment of a two family home and do some plumbing work as well. I was very happy with Joe Vento and his workers. They not only were neat but took care of other items relating to my unit such as properly attaching a vent hose and sealing a crack in the basement wall behind the furnace. I would not hesitate in using this company again.

  Called them yesterday 5/9/17 to set up an appointment for installation of a Central Air system the receptionist told me the "boss" can meet me Wednesday 5/10 between 10-11am, great. Called them this morning at 9 to make we were still set for the appointment between 10-11 and the receptionist assured me we were still good. Waited there until 11:20 and no one showed up. No curtesy of a phone call to say we'll be late, or can no longer make it so I just left.
  
  If you can't trust them for something as simple as keeping an appointment which you re-confirmed an hour before how can you trust them to actually do work in your house? 11:53 now and still no phone call from them. I suppose I should assume they won't be showing up. Had to leave work and wait for them to be stood up. I would highly recommend staying away from this company.

  These guys are a highly professional outfit. I have owned a house for three years now and have had them do a variety of jobs: converting to gas; snaking sewer (and other) drains; and changing a leaky shower body. Plumbers are professional-- knowledgable, punctual, and thorough. Dispatchers are quick and polite. I will absolutely continue to call these guys for my plumbing needs and recommend them highly.

  This company is quick to install and take your money but do not stand by their products if there's a problem. Had a new system installed in June and tthing were great. Had an air duct cleaner in October who told me my furnance is missing parts that will cause a fire when i turn the heat on!!! Called the company reported the problem- they were to call me back with appt. That was 2 weeks ago!!!!! My advice is to find another company!!!

  Excellent! Highly Recommend! Amazing! We had a backup problem which resulted in feces everywhere. It was a traumatic and horrific mess. Richmond Plumbing sent Chuck and Raul, who, diagnosed and took care of our problem promptly. What prompted me to write this review was the way in which they conducted themselves, and the high level of care and respect they demonstrated towards us and our home. They were extremely considerate of us and our situation. Steve, their boss, came to assess the problem as well. We are so appreciative for their recommendations which is why our home was quickly back to being our home again. They all went way over what you expect from a Plumbing company. They helped us every step of the way and their services are fairly priced. So if you have a problem, big or small, rest assured that when you call Richmond Plumbing, they will not only take care of your plumbing problems promptly and efficiently, but they will take care of you as well. Thank you Richmond Plumbing for being there for us, when we needed you the most.

  We had a bathroom fixture issue and the plumber we use was out of town so we checked Angie's List and contacted Richmond at 1215am. They called early this morning and said they would be there between 12p and 4p which we expected to be be 4p to 5p. Instead, they arrived at 1145a and assessed the issue, gave estimate and offered to repair. We gladly accepted. Anthony and Luke, we're professional, explained issue and cleaned up. Left bathroom better than they found it. Would definitely use Richmond again!

  We called Richmond plumbing since our hot water was not working properly. At first, workers couldn't find what the issue was. After spending a while examining the boiler, they finally "found the problem. They charged $500 to fix it and shortly after they left, we realized the issue had not been resolved. We called them back and they had to charge another $270 since they claimed this had nothing to do with the original work they did. Sure enough, after having waited long enough for the hot water to "set in" it still was not working. We called them back again, they sent Chris over for the third time, who acted extremely rude and abrupt and said nothing is wrong with your hot water, when we clearly showed him that the hot water runs out after a few minutes. He walked out of our home without even trying to look further since he claimed nothing is wrong. Needless to say, our issue is still not resolved. Richmond Plumbing sends incompetent workers who do not know how to find the source of the problem and are extremely dishonest. We had to call a different plumbing company, who's workers diagnosed the issue in no time and were able to have this fixed.
