I've happily purchased several cars from these people over the years. Always upfront, giving me a decent trade in value on my cars. Chris takes great care of me always as my sales person there.
I recently went to see an S550 nicely equipped with color combo I wanted and Chris took me to see another S550 that just arrived but Fully Fully loaded with extra factory options. It was an instant match.

Sales guys seemed decent over the phone. But the guy in the finance department is a different story. I wouldn’t spend $1 with this arrogant clown. Lies and says he will call back and doesn’t. People come to buy cars not play games. Do not purchase a car from here do your research and go to a reputable dealer with some people that know how to do their job.
Worst experience possible. Made a deposit on a vehicle Monday, also booked a flight for Friday and a vehicle inspection for Tuesday to ensure everything was good to go. The dealership intentionally made the vehicle unavailable each day and led us on to believe it would be done in time and there was nothing to worry about. The inspection wasn’t done until we were on the plane across country to get the vehicle and it failed miserably. Retail priced with every panel on the vehicle bent dented or damaged. Broken dash! In half! Like the air bags deployed! The vehicle could not be scanned because the computer was cleared shortly before the inspection! The vehicle was running when we got there, because when you start it there were multiple “service this and service that” notifications they were trying to hide. One window didn’t work. One door panel was falling off. The cruise control and back up sensors didn’t work. Both front and rear glass windshields were gouged like someone ran windshield wipers without rubber for years. It was like they were let down when I showed up and actually looked at the vehicle and didn’t just hop in and drive away. Not only would I not recommend this dealership I will be reporting them in hopes some sort of investigation is completed and they are put out of business for unethical practices. This place is the perfect example of don’t trust a dealership. They even were going to tack on some BS $500 random fee when they wouldn’t budge on the price!
Great experience for me. I contacted Antonio Amado on email and he promptly replied. Went to the showroom, showed them my trade in, negotiated back and forth couple of times and we agreed on a deal. The day after, went there, got paperwork and got the new car. I found Antonio Amado and his colleague very professional and fast. Antonio personally followed up with me few days after I got the car to make sure everything was as expected. I will definitely recommend Richard Catena and Antonio to my friends. Thank you again.
We bought a car from R. Catena. They had a lot of for choosing the best one for a good price. Every day we enjoy our baby:) they didn’t push us for purchase and I really appreciated it. Other auto sellers just want to get rid of their cars and don’t care about their customers. We were worried about the docs and title as here you can find a lot of bad reviews. Thank Justin who made everything perfect. We got our plates and title on time!!!

Came in at 7 they close at 8. A sales guy who's name I won't mention, told me he would be right with me and at 7:45 the sales guy asked me if I had anything in mind. I understand he was with a family that was purchasing a vehicle but he could of told me he didn't have the time if he knew he wouldn't be able to help me. I would of looked for someone else to help me but he was the only guy around. Later he rushes to get me a key for the vehicle I wanted to see and ends up giving me the key to the wrong car. When I told him it was the wrong car he said, "I don't know you have to give me a minute." He walks away and leaves me in this huge dark warehouse with the wrong vehicle. I gave up so finally I just went back in the office and handed him the key and said I'll come back. He didn't even bother to take down my information or anything. I guess because I'm a young female who walked in there by myself, he didn't take me as a serious buyer. Guess I'll be looking elsewhere.
Very good choice of cars, very professional seller Chris. But manager who works on financing - really lazy man - he is absolutely not interested to do any sells because that need some extra action from his side. Pity.
The only thing for me to say is that I have always received Top Shelf Outstanding service at Richard Catena Auto, I would highly recommend Richard Catena to all my friends and family.
Went there not intending to speak to anyone when I was told to come in an office & speak with Maria & her boss. Boss was completely rude & disrespectful. When I told him I did not have cash on me but I had to go get it & come back he said they don't have business with me & told me to get out his office, he was so rude he wouldn't even tell me the miles on the car THAT HE called me in the office to speak about. Wish I had his name. Lucky I felt good today wanted to slap fire out him. Wish I could give a lower review. Just goes to show that people dont care about anything but themselves & they're money. Disgusting

there prices are very giod and the warranty even better great custumer service ask for pete when u get there you will love him great guy and he will give u the best price he can..
Went this dealership to buy a MB Coupe, first they said they didn't have any as if they knew every car they had. Then we show one to the salesman, he was nice, and said "Oh wow your right here it is." We asked to test drive it and, they replied needing to run our credit... It was 5pm. We drove from Cranford NJ in traffic to see the car. The manager, the guy in the picture said it's 5:15pm we close at six and we have to move a few cars come back tomorrow. I wont be going back, so there time is not wasted. Don't give them any of your personnel information until you are satisfied with driving and inspecting the car. Go someplace where you as a customer is appreciated. We wasted 3 hours round trip to be rudely told to go home.
I don't remember exactly the name Jerry or Harry. A true Gentleman. Showed me a car rest drive it and no pressure selling. No weird questions like how much U can afford a month type.
I had a lot of fun buying my Mercedes last weekend. The sales staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Financing was quick and easy. I was only there 4 hours and left with an awesome car for a great price.
