  Not sure where they get their employees; office staff is rude and service techs are incompetent. MANY billing problems that WE had to figure out for them, and never got any apologies - just attitude. Service techs cleaned our furnace, caused a leak, then they tried to charge us to fix it, saying "it must have been broken before". Nothing but bad experiences. STEER CLEAR!

  Knowledgeable and friendly however horrible at customer service. 3 weeks, several calls, never gave us our HVAC quote, only excuses.

  Stay away! This is horrible company and will falsely diagnose your problem and then run with your money. I won't go into all the problems I had with them but the main issue was that the guy they sent out told me I was basically out of luck, my central AC unit was too old to run properly and I would be luckly if it cooled my house to more than 77 degrees and that "he just wanted to get going. so if I wanted him to come back I would have to make another appt" I was skeptical so I called another HVAC out and they had my problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour! All that needed to be down was clean the dust and hair build up inside the furnace! I was extremely upset about wasting 100.00 for Rich's to come out and basically scam me so I wrote them a letter and it has been almost TWO months and they haven't even responded to me. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
