Staff was great but gave me the wrong info about how many trips I would have to make to get any teeth taken out. Said just one for wisdom teeth but turns out to be 2-3.

Brandy the woman who answers calls is terrible. Making problems instead of solving them. I don't understand how someone with so much bad attitude can have a job in customer service or any job at all for that matter!
I called on behalf of my mom to ask for a letter for senior transportation, she refused and started yelling and screaming at me like I insulted her!! And hung up the phone!! Seriously?!?
I'm in Human Resources and this is just unacceptable on all levels! It shows so much about the whole office and their ethics and work environment!
Should have read their reviews on healthgrades website before I called!! Many people complaining about that terrible rude staff!!

I had my wisdom and 2 other teeth pulled all at once in march 2016. The nurses, staff, and dr rice were AMAZING. I have a fear of dentists and he put me at ease. When the did the initial X-ray, he thought he saw a cyst above my front teeth and said I may lose them(which mortified and horrified me) and he had his staff do another, more in-depth X-ray, and said to do it no matter if my insurance paid for it or not. Awesome man. Awesome place.

They were very professional, polite, and answered all my questions and concerns. I felt very comfortable, Dr. Rice is a very personable Dr., my surgery went wonderful. I have since recommend them to a few other people.
