    I purchased my Mazda CX-9 in 2013 & I've taken my car to dealership for all oil changes & always had a pleasant experience. This last time I needed a right wheel bearing replaced. I was quoted 390 with an additional line for a diagnostic test($110) I declined it because I've already went to get it tested. I knew exactly what the issue was I was insured I wouldn't be charged for that service. So it was reworded by adding an additional hour to labor that would be used as time to check to see the problem when I've already said what the problem was. I'm not working currently so ever dime needs to be accounted for. I'm really displeased that instead of doing the replaced in which I scheduled an appointment to do they took it upon themselves to also take additional time to check what I said I was paying to replace. I need my car so I paid the $518 I'm upset they over charged me $100 because I went to get quotes from 2 other locations but decided to go to dealership because it was only an $8 difference. This is a learning experience even if you tell them what's wrong & sign what you want to get done. They use I don't like other people quotes & add an additional hour to labor to cover diagnosed test.

    I purchased a new Mazda at Ricart and am so glad I gave them another chance. In years past I have found them lacking but stopped in a few weeks ago because it was convienent. So glad we did. Very knowledgeable staff and very courteous and friendly from beginning to end. Isaac Kahn was very knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. Thanks guys keep up the good work!

    I just purchased my 6th new car, a Mazda 3 at Ricart Mazda. It was the best car purchase experience I have had! From the initial contact with Gary, test drives with John, financing with Jami, new Mazda orientation with Bryn all the way through to titling and delivery, the Ricart Mazda staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. They went out of their way to make my wife and I feel comfortable. Special recognition goes to John and Bryn who made us comfortable at all times through the process and who helped find answers to our questions and just made it a comfortable process all along the way. Gary also gets a nod for reaching out to me before I visited Ricart Mazda to help explain some of the fine points of the Ricart Mazda buying experience. Gary really helped me feel at home when I first got to the dealership.

    Buying a new car proceeds in many steps and takes longer than anyone would like, but they all worked hard to make it exceedingly easy; the delightful experience it should be when you buy a new car! Kudos to the entire team!!!

    I went to Ricart Mazda a total of three times in August of 2015 before my wife and I actually sat down and purchased our new 2015 Mazda 3 S GT (solid car). Each time I went, I was greeted and treated as a human, not persuaded or coerced into buying anything, but helped into getting the exact car that I was looking for. This is a great dealership to check out if you are looking for an enormous supply of vehicles and a personalized, one-on-one buying experience tailored just for you. Gary and Shane both made the effort to get to know my situation, and in the end they worked out a great deal for us on our end.

    Ricart Mazda truly has the customer's best interest in mind. I would not hesitate to return their one day just to say hello (and to get my free weekly car wash!)
