I have bought 2 cars there and someday hope to buy more. A great place to buy a car and no pressure. The prices are marked and there is no hassle. My salesman, Turtle, nickname, was great!!! Highly recommended!!! And Honda’s are the best cars we’ve ever owned!
Great Dealership!! Jim was very Professional, knowledgeable, honest and helpful with our purchase and we LOVE our Honda Accord!!
Tell Turtle to learn the difference between AWD and front wheel drive
Five star purchase experience, honest, fair prices, good variety to purchase. Their service center leaves a bit to be desired, timely service and shuttle service but takes more than two trips to get something fixed.
Great service department -friendly & honest. I drive a Jeep & wouldn't go anywhere else!
Brought our 2008 Honda Pilot into service department here for a passenger side airbag recall/ repair. Our glove box was stuck shut. In order to do the airbag repair they had to go through the glove box. The entire repair took less than 30 minutes WITH the airbag recall work.
Service department charged us $52.50 for labor to get into the glove box. Told us they had to charge us a minimum of 30 minutes for labor to get into glove box even though they said it only took them 15 minutes to do. No replacement of lock for glove box they just tightened the screws.
So essentially they charged us for 30 minutes of labor AND they will get reimbursed from Honda for the airbag recall work too. I'm fairly certain they charged Honda a minimum of 30 minutes as well for the airbag recall work. So both Honda and I paid for that 30 minutes of labor nice double dip.
After we pointed it out they said " if you want a zero dollar bill we can make that happen." We declined the offer. We didn't want a zero dollar bill we just wanted a fair bill considering you are already getting paid for 30 minutes of work.
They also told us "the technicians had to get paid. " I agree they should be paid as the technicians have very specialized skills. However, when I work I don't get to charge two people/ entities for my 30 minutes of work.
The kicker here is that we test drove a new Honda Pilot while we waited on the repair. We were almost ready to buy. Their $100 double dip cost them a $36,000 - $39,000 sale. Hope it was worth it Rhinelander Honda. We won't be back.
Sales Associate was unwilling to adjust price to compensate for summer wheels that would need swapped for all season. Also telling someone that your 2 days from shipping the car out to be sold in auction and pressuring them does not help make someone want to buy a vehicle. Also acting like the purchaser is wasting your time and not having the vehicle ready for a scheduled test drive, does not help. DO NOT BUY HERE. There's a nice Nissan dealership next door though!
Our recent buying experience was wonderful at Rhinelander Honda. If you are in market for a Honda this is dealership you want to visit. We are enjoying our 2016 Honda Pilot and would recommend the dealership
