If you need a band-aid for a cut on your finger, this is the place to go. But don't expect them to put it on for you. You'll have to do that yourself. In fact you will have to pretty much stay all over them to get anything done. Because they flat out don't care. I waited 6 months for a referral, called every month and they said it would get done Now they are closing and don't even bother to tell anyone. . I have used them 2.5 years and have yet to actually see a Dr. Good Luck! on getting treated or seen.
Always an hour or more wait times to get back to the room, than another 45 minutes to be seen. I have even left my room and walked out due to having to wait 2 plus hours. Only a few doctors seem to be competent and the receptionist guy is just ignorant and rude. Tired of filling out paperwork that they claim is to update files which they never read anyway. Revere Health 12th street is the worst clinic ever!!!
I was called back quickly and seen by a doctor quite quickly. They are very kind friendly and effienct and are eager to help get u better.
Edit: Just found out that a request for pre-auth on meds that was sent to this office wasn't acted upon until 19 days later, which just so happens to be the day after my review below.
While Dr. Stallings, Danielle Pinckney and the nursing staff are fantastic, the office procedures are incredibly disorganized. If you need a pre-authorization you'll likely be delayed for over a week before they even start on it. You'll receive multiple calls repeating the same info when an issue is already resolved because notes, and I quote "aren't in the same place". Be prepared to hear that they believe the pharmacy can issue you a refill of controlled meds, that has zero refills, without a written prescription. The attitude of the office staff is very friendly and professional but the headache you get with the misinformation and disorganization requires patience. A LOT of patience., especially when it comes to getting preauthorizations. This is the 3rd instance where I've had weeks long lapses in medication due to the delays in responding to requests by my insurance provider. Plan far ahead whenever possible.
UPDATE (Summer 17): I'm sitting here listening to the receptionist be a jerk to the guy who clearly has mental problems. Haha! I can't believe this.
Also, they rescheduled my appointment 3 weeks after the original date because that was the only day my doctor was available. Then they called me the day before and told me I'd be seeing a different doctor! You can't make this crap up.
I also wait over an hour every single time I come.
UPDATE (Spring '17): 9 months later I still have a one star experience every time I go.
(2016) Called multiple times per week for a month to get a prior authorization for a prescription. Every time they told me they would. They never did. Lame, lazy, inefficient clinic. Go anywhere else.
Told it was going to be a 30 minute wait. It's been over two hours and still waiting. The staff is nice, but had I known it would take so long I would've went down the street.😡
Almost an hour, and still waiting. Made appointment 3 weeks ago. May need a new clinic after this.
0 STARS! HORRIBLE WAIT TIMES and they do nothing but justify it. Don't go here if you actually are expecting to be seen by a doctor. Because let's be honest here, it isn't gonna happen in a reasonable time.
I had a minor illness while traveling. This clinic was great! The staff was courteous and I was seen very quickly. (I got there pretty early, which certainly helped.) Best of all my prescriptions were filled at small pharmacy across the hall really fast. We were on the road again in good time.
The girl at the front desk, I believe her name was Milly was so rude. Horrible customer service. I won't go back there or recommend anyone to them ever.
Awesome people to deal with. Always take time to explain and speak with patients.
Terrible patient services, trying to refill prescriptions is similar to the run around of trying to erect a skyscraper.
Very friendly staff and great doctors. I've seen both Joelle Creager and Scott Stallings, and they are both excellent physicians who I've recommended several of my friends and family to.
