I received an heirloom ring from my grandfather, and I took it to get cleaned. They cleaned it for free and taught me a little bit about how to care for the ring and what to expect if I wanted it polished. Quick and kind. Also, the place smelled great.

The Reusch store is full of experts. I have been in several times with a variety of projects: make a chain, discuss gold coin sale, size a ring, and just browsing. I always have fine help and people interested in my projects. Thanks for being a classy business!

I noticed the main stone on my ring is loose when we are in town. We dont know any Jewlery store in Petosky. So i just search online. Even with some negative reviews, i still decided to give this store a try because i appreciate th business owner actually replied to the negative reviews (they do care about their business). We were only in for the service/repair, not buying anything. But the lady, Amy (i think) attended me & provided very good service, just the same. because we send it in before Christmas holiday, she made sure we know it wont be done till after the holiday. We didnt encounter any of the bad service like other reviews said here. Pleased with the service.

I too have visited this store more than once intent on buying and felt ignored and unvalued. They once quoted me $20.00 to replace a watch battery, and I went down the street and had it done for $5.00.
I have since gone elsewhere and have bought several pieces. I no longer consider them a possible option, and even now I'm planning on buying a significant gift but absolutely will go elsewhere, anywhere, but not there.
126 years in business seems to be more important than real customer relations.

I have been a reusch customer for 22 years. I purchased my first gift for a girlfriend from them. 1st class place, great quality and nice people to work with. I would highly recommend them next time you go to downtown Petoskey.
