Schedule: This is a PART-TIME position with the opportunity to move into a full-time position in the future. Must be available for both early morning and evening shifts for 15-20 hours a week. You will have input on your scheduled hours 4 weeks in advance.
Responsibilities Overview: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Opening and Closing the gym -Leading/Coaching Group training sessions -Motivate and inspire members to give their best -Provide safe and constructive feedback -Daily cleaning and restocking duties
Required Qualifications: • Updated CPR/AED Certification • Coursework or experience in Anatomy/Physiology, Exercise Prescription/Testing, etc. • Strong communication skills • Must be able to take command of a group • Must be personable with a wide variety of people -“We” not “Me”, team oriented attitude
Desired Qualifications: • Professional Training Certification (ACSM, NASM, NSCA, ACE, etc.) • Minimum 1 year experience in gym setting Applications should be submitted ASAP.
