This company’s goal is to take advantage of your insurance company. Several days in, we still had no estimate or timeframe for any repairs and no plan to ever get one. When asked, their response was that they needed to put together the best case to get the most money they could out of the insurance company before they started sourcing contractors. Apparently, they don’t even do any of the repairs! I never had any intention of getting into a dispute with insurance. I needed a working bathroom again. Period. I wouldn’t hire this company under any circumstances. Super shady. I now have a great contractor who is working with us to get our bathroom repaired cost-effectively and in a timely fashion.

Restoration Xperts are top notch. Highly recommend. They are timely, professional, responsive and communicative from start to finish and all the in betweenness. George and his team at Restoration Xperts brought my home back to beautiful. Not that I wish a house flood on anyone, but if you have a flood call them. You will not be disappointed. I wish I could give them more than a 5 star rating. A big thank you to the entire team. So happy.

I had work done by restoration xperts.they just recently finished the work on my home. Last year before my father passed away we had a major flood and mold damage in my master bathroom and bedroom hallway. They were referred by my service contractor who we use for my plumbing and appliances throughout my home.
From the time Alex took over and we began the process the ball started to roll.and the service was 5 star..Alex is knowledgeable and courteous. The team of George Ellis project mgr and Giovanni construction supervisor they were awesome on time and diligent took the time to explain the work and made sure the work was completed on time and every promise they made as a whole team they followed through on
My recommendation is if and when you need service don't go anywhere else..they are top notch. I already referred one of my friends to themresponse / report this review -

Update to previous review: Now that all the restoration work has been completed, we are still completely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend Restoration Xperts. George oversaw the construction phase and was a pleasure to deal with. He made sure everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. Every single worker that came into our home was courteous, on time and did their jobs well. Thank you Restoration Xperts for making this process a smooth and painless experience!
Previous review: The gentlemen working in our home (Scott Middleton and John A) were fantastic. They were immaculate in their work and kind enough to answer any questions and explain everything they were doing. They were also very accommodating with our requests. They were punctual and called if they were running behind. We were more than satisfied with their work. Our Estimator Doug has been guiding us along the process and has been dealing with the insurance company, advocating on our behalf. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.
