First let me say I didn't stay there. I had company from West Virginia that stayed there. They were not happy with the room at all. You had to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. That was weird for some of the people staying in the room. The small loveseat did fold out into a bed. There were stains on the carpet. And people left food behind unopened and some open food in the cupboard. My cousin called downstairs, and the receptionist said, oh I guess the maids didn't do their job. Really! What else didn't they do? They both decided to change rooms. They are pet friendly. They are located in White Marsh

On 4/5/2018 The rooms were dirty with used towels left on back of one of the bathrooms door in the 2 brm suite. There was hair on the floor, residue on couch and floor when we were placed in Room 412. Then relocated to Room 415 cobwebs on wall and curtain, hair in bed. The vent was so dirty. Just dirty. The manager Jessica offered 1500 points to stay a free night but no thank you. We left and went to the Sheraton in Towson. It was MUCH better.

Great location. Room was comfortable and updated. Walls are thin so you hear everything going on next door and in the hallway. Im a lite sleeper so I couldn't sleep well because I could hear people walking by, opening and closing doors, etc. Couldn't get extra pillow nor blankets because the person in the front desk didnt have the keys

This hotel seems to have gone downhill over the past few years. I travel for a living and have stayed here many times over the past 6 years. The rooms smelled funny. The hallways were all scratched up. There were stains in the hallway and my room. The staff wasn't very friendly or attentive. I don't think a single clerk said hi or bye to me my whole trip. I normally try to find the positive in places, but it was hard the past few times I've been here.

When we got here it was hard to tell where the front entrance is located. We pulled into the Roundabout that is completely filled with cars all hours of the day which makes it hard to unload your car with these unnecessary vehicles in the way. I know they were unnecessary because they were left there overnight and well into the next day. We checked in and went directly to the room to check it out. My wife and I thought it was ok so we started to unload our things from the vehicle in the middle of the Roundabout because you couldn't get close to the curb because of all the cars parked there. Once in our room we started to notice...things..like..some sort of white stains on the couch that are very gross so we covered it with a towel, white stains of some sort on the bed sham, the rack in the bathroom is nearly falling off the wall and all the stains/cigarette burns in the carpet. Other than that it's great! I think a little renovation and TLC would go a long way here! Some nice points are..that the staff is very friendly. Ladies at the front desk are very eager to help and the grounds around the facility are well kept and the cleaning staff is very nice.

As a Platium Marriott rewards member who has been to dozens of Marriott Properties this year, I was very disappointed about my stay at Residence Inn White Marsh. The staff at the front desk disappear for approx 10 mins upon arrival with no explanation leaving another guest and I who were ready to check in waiting. He had no regard for my requests, committing to send items up to our room with housekeeping, but never actually contacting housekeeping regarding the items (this was evident after waiting an hour with no response and calling both the front desk and subsequently housekeeping). When we notified him of issues with the phone (not functioning correctly)and a smoke detector (not present in the second bedroom), he replied with a shrug and said they must not be working.

I will not be returning to this location in the future. Which is too bad because the location is conviently off a major highway and near a populated are with food and shopping options.

Nice hotel! Was especially impressed with the staff , front desk, housekeeping, etc. have been great. The breakfast is very good and they have a really nice spread on several evenings. Appreciated the pet friendliness of it even though I didin't bring one. I would definitely come back again, the cost was very reasonable and the whole experience was good.

Very nice hotel! The staff have been great. Breakfast is really good and they have a really nice spread in the evening on Monday through Wednesday. I would definitely come back again and it's much better than the Hilton Garden Inn nearby.

We reserved a two bedroom suite, and when we arrived, the room was infested with ants. They switched our room but the a/c was broken in this room. They had no other rooms available so they brought us two fans that were really dirty that we spent over an hour cleaning. They were finally able to switch us again the following night into a proper room. This was not the quality that we expected from a residence inn based on previous stays at other res. inn locations. Even the breakfast was below our expectations with fewer selections than previous locations.

I was in suite 223. The mattress was slanted towards the washroom, so whenever i was on the higher end, I would eventually roll down the "hill". Room seems dated, maybe late 90s, early 2000s feeling. People were all warm and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good.

Residence Inns are by and large very similar across Marriott properties, with usable kitchens, a living area and then decent sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. I stayed in a one bedroom suite with a queen bed and pullout sofa bed. This is not as new or clean as some of the newest Marriott properties--signs of dirt and wear on walls/carpets, some hair from a prior guest in our bathroom, and the bedding "kit" for the sofa bed missing the sheets. Complimentary breakfast is standard eggs/meats/waffles/fruit/bagels/pastries, but it's well done and the employees were attentive. Pool, 24hr fitness center and laundry room all on site.

Location was great and right near the mall. The staff was great and the room was spacious and comfortable with a full kitchen. Will definitely return if I ever go to Baltimore again!

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks while he was working in the Baltimore area. This was a pretty nice place to stay for that duration. Our room had a kitchen which allowed me to make home-cooked meals for us so that we weren't eating out all the time. When we first got here the first room they tried to put us in look like someone had been murdered and bled out in the middle of the room. The second room was a little better but I think it's time they replaced the carpets in the entire Hotel. They offer a Social Hour Monday Tuesday's and Wednesday's which is really nice. You get free cocktails and they do dips burgers hot dogs Etc. We would definitely stay here again. Staff was very friendly and there's a laundry room and a decent exercise room with treadmills ellipticals weights and enough room for you to do your own workout. And if you're a breakfast eater they have a great breakfast every morning that you can fill up on.
