I stayed there for a Soccer Tournament over Thanksgiving Weekend (2017). The lady at check in, "Ya" was awesome - very friendly with a bubbly personality. I got to deal with her as she helped us set up a team dinner in the Ocean Room. She was a great hostess! After leaving and getting home to Long Island, I realized I left my son's uniform in the hotel and contacted the hotel. I spoke with Shannon who promptly located the clothing and had it boxed for pick up by UPS. Extremely helpful staff, very clean and comfortable rooms - would DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN! Thank you!

Nice Residence Inn, but not much in the way of walkable attractions. Lots of commotion out on the basketball court late at night. Fire pit was nice.
Service and suites were great. Bathrooms are a bit tight, but you'll get the quality service you'd expect from Marriott. This place has a decent spread for breakfast.
Overall it's an OK place to stay no bedbugs good amenities and the breakfast is grade A 5 stars. But my couch was ripped and covered up with pillows lol and the shower pressure is poor. But overall not bad.
The rooms here are very good. They are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is pretty good as well. They allow pets, and somebody brought a dog that likes to bark when their owner is away. At least it isn't loud during the night.
With out any argument one of the best hotels I have stayed at. My stay was about 5 months, the hotel is very clean for not being brand new, it has great amenities and the location in proximity to local sites is perfect. The staff is very kind and easy to talk to. Very much appreciate the GM Michelle and her staff for giving me a great home away from home!
Have stay here many times. However, this visit to Residence Inn disappointing. This visit here for over a week. Breakfast below par. Oatmeal watery. Do not eat the hard boiled eggs. If one wants to call them eggs.
TV is always on CNN. Who wants to listen to that first thing in morning. Put on the local news!!!!!
Stopped the 24 HR coffeewhy?
Trying to save moneypleasethe front desk is not busythey can male coffee.
Also why is it called Residence Inn Atlantic ciy airportif they don't have a shuttle available to airport at all times
Great stay. Friendly staff. Good location. The breakfast was good. Wish the laundry area was a bit more clean for my long stay. The room was fabulous and very clean. Very close to five stars.
Location is close to Atlantic city and away from the crowd. Has complimentary hot breakfast which is good. Staff is courteous. Only of thing is they are not going Manning the front desk most of the time but in an adjacent room to the front desk. A little holler gets the job done though.
DEAL-SEEKERS, Beware..
nice place, good everything, except their booking policy. we (a family of 2A & 2C) got one of those last-minute deep discount deals, clearly due to off-season low demand and bad weather. No overbooking and empty parking lot! Once they discovered that this was a third-party discount booking, they promptly downgraded the room assignment to a studio room---this, we knew, was intentionally done because a different room was assigned upon check-in with key cards etc. following a few pleasantries and perfunctory greetings, only to be called back with new keys and room # when they realized this was not a regular booking. We went in with lower expectations because of the deal we got, but these guys only helped lower it further! The saying "you get what you paid for" was certainly true in this instance. Just a word of caution for those deal seekers--don't expect too much! They actually ditched the customers they needed the most--the ones that help fill rooms at times of distress and keep the franchise afloat!
