Can't say enough good things about Ryan Ladd and Berkshire Hathaway. My extended family and I have used Ryan Ladd for the past few years. He has made a stressful process so easy! If I call or email he replies right away. He zeros in on the perfect listings and gives tons of options. Ryan Ladd is hands down the best realtor we have ever worked with in OCNJ (and we have been renting for the past 20 years+ so we have used them all). Ryan goes above and beyond and he is a person who truly puts his all into his job and puts the customer first. He even texted me to check how things were going with the rental!!!

Loved the online/emailed lease. Also, their key pickup is stress free and so fun! So well organized - had music and they gave you a welcome bucket, free pretzels and bottled water (appreciated that since it was a hot day). Everyone was so friendly and helpful!! Great all around experience! Don't hesitate to use Ryan or Berkshire.

Always an extremely easy, professional and seamless rental process with these guys. We have been renting from them for the christmas holidays for the past three years and each is better then the first.

They listen to our needs and come back with multiple properties for us to choose from. Highly recommend them to everyone.

Everyone at Renting OCNJ was very helpful when it came time to choose our family vacation in Ocean City. The agent I worked with, Pete Madden, made it such an easy and painless process. Their website had a lot of great information about the rentals and things to do in Ocean City. Definitely will use them again!
