  They charge you way more than the actual product is worth and most products like computers are defective. I just got a laptop from them, sent it in to get repaired and it came back looking as if no one even looked at it.
  Don't get anything from these guys. Or if you get computers or something and they need repaired and you send them in, make SURE they actually fix it before paying it off.
