Got it capped up. 295 man hours in this project. Removing the old fascia, repairing trusses, repairing various locations on decking. Replacing fascia with cedar. Hand loaded 75% of the shingles due to thier dimension vs roof pitch. Also they required more then double the amount of nails vs a standard architectural. All in all it got done. Very pleased with the results.

Started this house today. We order all material for entire job palletized with everything needed. This reduces the time it takes to turn your roof new. Proper preparation prevents poor performance.

Doing a little something for downtown muskegon. New cedar fascia, supporting woodwork, designer shingles to follow. Gonna be a beautiful one that will last decades.

This client only had a short window between tenants. Reilly's roofing got it done ahead of schedule in between tenants. Lots of challenges but we overcame.

Just working on this gem. New truss work and decking as needed. Getting the last of dry in on then to finish up in the morning with the rest of shingles and custom flashing.

Got to this fun one. Cedar shakes on parts, multiple layer everywhere. All new decking on the area previously occupied by cedar shakes, repaired all the rotted wood and got her dried in. Tomorrow we finish and start the next.
