Reign City Athletics Boxing and Fitness is a premier boxing and fitness team based in Seattle, WA. Founded in 2011 by Head Coach Troy Pangilinan. RCA places an emphasis on effective boxing technique and tactics based on reflex and the understanding that boxing is a skill built from the ground up.

At Reign City Athletics we practice mindful and efficient boxing that promotes both physical and mental well being as well as effective boxing technique for both competition and fitness.
