Regions Commercial excels in all aspects of brokerage and property management services including the marketing of property listings, market research and surveying of available properties, reviewing contracts and negotiating the purchase, sale, and leasing of Commercial and Investment Real Estate. We provide both simple and complex financial modeling and investment analysis, development consulting and property evaluation including feasibility studies, demographics analysis, and valuation in the form of Broker Price Opinions (BPO) / Broker Opinion of Value (BOV).
