  This hasn't really been the regency mall for years. Nice shopping center, but there is no longer an actual mall.

  Nice selection of stores, but overall a small mall, not too exciting. Great Japanese restaurant, though.

  Cute little strip mall with a bunch of different stores for different needs, plus a bank and a Mexican restaurant.
