I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Absolutely impossible to call. The automated voice just drags you in a loop, and nothing gets answered.

The bathroom smell really bad. Place needs remodeling. Atom app always direct me to this theatre. It’s T-Mobile Tuesdays $5 movie forcing me here. I rather buy tickets at other theatre with full price. Not a pleasant place at all.

NO THUMBS UP.. Inability to process cinemas free coupon at refreshment stand, attendant spent over 3 minutes trying to figure it out resulting in manager involvement which created another unneccessary delay explaining and revisiting the issue, which I would have been none the wiser had not the cashier advised me of the free offer.

I've been to this theatre a few times and all of them were positive. Aside from it being in a location I like the theatre itself is large with two floors and good seating and big screens. It just looks like an older theatre but not drab in the slightest. The staff when I was there was also polite and very helpful when it came to informing me about their rewards system and their food which also was very delicious (it beat eating in the mall's food court by a mile and then some).

This happens to be the movie theater i have gone to for over 15 years after they closed the only one closer in Santee i grew up there and I'm a huge movie buff, I now live 45 miles away and still go to this theater and after 3-5-17 i will for sure keep my loyalty. I had been trying to acquire a movie poster once it was taken down and toss in the room full of poster they have for about 10 weeks now calling, talking to management once in a while before of after my movies noone wanted to actually help me just pawn if off to The " guy who handles poster" but was never there until i went to see Logan this past Sunday. Show up about an hour before my movie to meet with my party and asked to see a manager figured maybe today was the day i could get my poster, i was approached by 1 manager and then another they both listen to my situation but one was quickly trying to pawn me off again " give me your info and we will call you." ( mind you i had given my info 8 times now) etc etc so i asked are you busy at the moment? he said well no but... i said i have an hour before my movie could you take 5 mins to check the poster room for me as at this point its there or its not period. He gave me every excuse in the book to now do that BUT Kelcye stepped up and said " I can do it i have time." The man pretty much washed his hands at the whole situation and retreated back to his office i then stood there and had a lovely chat with Kelcye about movies, fandoms the poster issues lack of communication from the staff about my request she was a treat to talk to so she stepped away to check for me less then 10 mins later she came back to make my day with my poster in tow! She made my experience amazing that night BEFORE i had even seen the movie which Logan was amazing. She deserves the 5 Star rating the 4 star is due to other staffing not so great she is the reason i will still drive 45 miles past many theaters to keep coming here!!

I mean its OK and I love the movie theater and I grew up with it so I could always depend on it to give me a good time. Although the cinema is at its best I would suggest that to when you interview your employees instead of the time they put in it make your employees go through a series of test that can make the employees as nice as possible because the customers would have a much nicer time if they were asked questions about the people to make them feel nice than to rather have people have a lousy day and the lying people don't even say why or if they were the cause. So my suggestion is get people with more kindness than skill. Although skill is important new people have to start somewhere right. Also if this is too much to ask at least lower your PRI e each by 50¢ please cause now they are way too much and with the minimum wage starting to be weird so please consider. Thank you for reading my review.

While the theater it's self is not bad compared to other theaters in the area, God help you if you ever need to get ahold of the staff or management.

At one point when they demanded to rummage through my wife's purse to look for a GUN and I refused I had to wait over TWO HOURS to speak to a manager.

Another point when I foolishly left my hat behind in the theater I tried calling them back to see if they found it... I spent 45 minutes constantly calling them and being sent to voice mail before I decided to leave a message for the general manager to complain that no one answers the phone... and was informed the voice mailbox was full before their system hung up on me.

These lists of issues goes on and on and on and on.

Their staff is an offensive and poorly orchestrated joke of a crew and leaves a bitter taste in my mouth every time I have the displeasure of dealing with them.

Edit: Upon returning to the theater in person I was able to retrieve my hat. However, when I informed an employee there that no one was answering their phone despite constantly trying to call them and that the managers mailbox was full, she simply shrugged, said "oh well", and walked away...

On the plus side when my mom and I go together, as she is in a wheelchair and I have to push her, we only have to pay for one admission as I am her attendant. On the negative side concession stands often have very long lines on the upper floor. Only one register will be open. Also, and this happened last summer I purchased a number of items including a hot dog I was given everything but the hot dog, when I asked about it I was told they were out and more were being made, I could have been told this before I paid and I would a skipped it. I wanted to get back to my seat and my mother. It took 10 minutes for the hot dog to be ready. The movie had already started by the time I finally got back to my seat.
