We didn't have to wait long to get our ticket. They provided good customer service - were friendly. I didn't like where we sat in row d seat five and six. The screen was was too close and I had a horrible headache after the first hour. The environment was nice and clean. The seats were very comfortable and it was clean. The customers base varied from college age to early forties and late fifties.
gotta love those wide, reclining seats! movie selection is good. Snacks are plentiful and they even have hot snacks -- they heat them up AFTER you order them, so sometimes there's a wait, but you do get fresh hot snacks. Lots of parking in the two-story garage next door.
I'm so HAPPY that Laurel has a Movie Theater again! I love this location. It's new and clean, great comfortable reclining leather seats with a tray table and has great management. There is a Young man there that reminds me a bit of Usher (the R&B Singer) who was so accommodating , PROFESSIONAL and helpful when my best friend and I came to the movies recently to see GIRLS TRIP! I always choose to see movies at this Theater over all the others in this area.
Best movie house. Reclining seats that prop your feet up as well. Small table to put your popcorn, drinks or food on. Large seats, and ladies your purse is safe it fits in the seat with you. I loved it!
I have only been here once. It was definitely a great experience for movie goers. The only reason I would continuously come to this location even though it is a 45-minute drive, would be because this is how movie watching should be. I live by a Regal which is 5 minutes away yet I pay $13 for a mediocre experience. For $13 at this place, you have recline seats and spacious walkways. The only thing that it was missing were servers! The place was clean and tidy. The concession line went pretty quick. I believe I went on a Saturday. But not many workers were working at the concession.
I love this theatre! Nice sound and large screens. It is always clean, I love the reserved, reclining seats, and the spacing between seats. The food is pretty good, and the customer service is good. I have never experienced a slow moving line...My only complaint is the wait time for my hot food to come out. I love the bacon cheese fries but I can always expect to wait at least 5 minutes for it to be ready. I am not sure why it takes so long, but I would love to get my food quickly so that I don't miss parts of my movie or at least some acknowledgement that it's almost ready or how much longer it will be.
I love this theater. They need more cashiers at the food stand. The line moves slow. Nice & clean theater.
Awesome movie experience. Best theater between Baltimore/Washington and easy to access of route 1. Super family friendly, Assigned seating, No alcohol and they have family restrooms for those who have children and for Adults with disabilities who may need a bit of assistance.
Staff is super friendly, the know who you are after a few repeat visits.
Theaters are always clean and they make sure the movie experience is worth the money you pay. Parking is Usually OK but if the Kids are out of school or its a Holiday expect the parking garage to be kind of full.
Prices on the food is expensive just like anywhere else you go. If a cocktail or adult beverage is what you want, there are plenty of restaurants that will accommodate in and around the area. For a date (2 people) with tickets Popcorn and 2 Sodas expect to spend about $50. No to bad for the opportunity to recline and sneak your arm around ya boo and snuggle. For committed couples it opens up the opportunity for publicly acceptable family intimacy (Hug, Kiss, holding Hands, snuggling ...) as if you were home on the couch.
Really nice theater. Seats are very comfortable and the staff is friendly. Only thing is be careful when ordering tickets online because they are not Times non refundable
Must be under new management. Three months ago this was my favorite place to see a movie. Reserved seating, recliners, modern electronic projection equipment. But I guess Regal management decided the patrons were happy and that had to stop. This week I saw 2 movies, on Saturday with a full theater and then another movie on Monday with only 3 of us. On Saturday I took off my jacket when I arrived, but the auditorium was so cold I put it back on before the feature started. On Monday it was even colder; I took my jacket off and put it right back on, and by the middle of the feature I was wishing I had gloves and a blanket. It was about 40 degrees outside and the auditorium felt no warmer, though the lobby was heated.
But even worse than the cold, management sends an usher with a very bright flashlight, the kind with an orange cone to direct traffic, to just walk around and be a distraction repeatedly during the show, and apparently screwing up the show is the point; if they wanted to check what the patrons were doing, they could send an usher in to just discreetly look over the auditorium from one side of the screen. The usher with the bright light and no purpose other than wander around and disturb the patrons is apparently Regal theater policy, they did it several times each during the Saturday show and the Monday show.
I like going out to see a movie, but if the management has such contempt for the patrons that they freeze us and shine a light around to mess up the experience, I'll be watching DVDs at home from now on.
I wish I could keep this place a secret. But alas, I'm a giver. This will become your go-to place (too) if you like to enjoy your big screen experience while reclining in roomy, cushy comfort. Plus, they have a great selection of tasty treats to have at your fingertips on convenient seat trays. Bonus: the customer service is excellent! I asked if they'd layer the popcorn and didn't get an eye roll!
