  Usually a nice place. A little slow at the concession stand, management could and should do more to step in and expedite purchases. Also, the men's bathroom is pretty foul, overflowing urinals and leaking toilet valves. Still, the location is convenient, online seat reservations are nice and the recliners make the experience better than average.

  Always clean with great customer service. Recliner seats are a must have and they upped it a notch with adult beverages. Win win for everyone

  Very pricey just to sit in leather seats that recline. Its nice you can pick your seat but if you don't buy online first chances are slim you'll get the seats you want when you go to the ticket booth. Will not be returning to this theater mainly because of the attitude of the manager, he has also given friends of mine a hard time before. i won't be coming back, there are better theaters out there for a better price and nicer staff.

  One of the most comfortable theaters I have ever been too. The recliners are great and the whole room is so open. They have a military discount or the option to buy a full price ticket and reserve your seat on the Regal app. Super easy.

  The upgrade to the Harbor View Grande theater is awesome. You are given a seat number, or you can reserve a seat number online and just go there without joining a long line to get tickets. The reclining seats are also wonderful: comfortable and cozy.
  The theater is surrounded by restaurants and ice-cream place.

  Really good theater. Been coming here for over a year. Really good military prices. Staff is kind and helpful. Assigned seating so no waiting in lines. Reclining seats that are comfy.

  Love the assigned seats, don't have to stand inline for seats. With a family and popcorn it can be difficult. The staff are nice, but are in need of training. This is true about the management. Opening weekend and only two registers are open. Five or six staff members are behind the counter. Stale popcorn, slow service. Everyone is on their phones texting. The manager is making corn dogs, not managing the staff. No napkins in any of dispensers. Maybe my rating is a bit high... I really think with a bit of customer service training and attention to detail this theater could be great.

  The recliners are comfy. Typical movie theater food prices that are highway robbery. I will never understand the way you figure out seating. Too many times I have had to sit close to the screen because seats were "unavailable", even though the theater is more than half empty. Your customers should be able to freely pick where they want to sit instead of having to settle for garbage seats which is the only option you apparently leave everyone, especially with all the prices we have to pay. Unfortunately, this is the only theater close to my location, otherwise you would have gotten 2 stars and I would be taking my business elsewhere.

  Love the recliner seating. The option of reserved or stadium seating is very nice. An IMAX or something like it would be a nice addition. They serve beer now so that's also nice.

  Very comfortable seating that reclines! They also keep the theater very clean. Ticket prices are a little higher than the average; however, they allow you to choose your seats. If you don't mind paying a few extra bucks Regal is a great theater.

  Absolutely love you select where you sit and the reclining seats are very comfortable. For those who like to enjoy an adult beverage with your movie, they have that too. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
