Eugene Marshall, LCSW.Owner / Clinical Director. My name is Eugene Marshall and I have over 10 years working in human services. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am committed to providing evidence based practice in therapy and overseeing that RTYS therapist are doing the same.
