  Katie, one of the owners, makes a yummy open face tuna melt. The onion bagels are freaking wonderful! And my husband swears by the everything bagels.

  Open promptly at 6. Don't worry if racks are empty, that just means all the bagels are still fresh and hot on the oven racks.
