Good selection. Their year end sales are very good.
Good prices very knowledgeable in the products that they sell along with friendly service you can't go wrong stopping in here for work boots work apparel casual and outdoor gear
Very good inventory of men's work boots
Sales gal had to make several trips upstairs, but we bought two pair. We found a new shoe store.
I love this store. They've even brought in my size from a different store within a day when necessary. It's a great place to get good shoes.
Great selection of shoes. The staff are always willing to go the extra mile especially Janet and Emily.
Great prices usually.
What they have is good, what they don't have is a fair amount
I worked at Red's Shoe Barn for 7 years and now I am a customer again. The people and products are amazing and it was a very difficult decision to leave. You won't find better customer service anywhere! The workers are not on commission as they are in many retail stores, so the associates do not rush or try to sell you anything you don't need. Their only objective is to make sure you find what you need and leave happy.
I use to live in the area and having narrow feet this was the place to buy my shoes. I cannot buy from any chain stores as the shoes just do not fit.
Now I live 1.5 hours away and since we were driving through I wanted to stop and find new sandals as mine (bought here) were about 10 years old and all stretched out.
I love this store. Anyone with narrow feet should visit this place. I found 2 pair of sandals and would have bought more if they had my size. One pair was identical the to ones I bought years before. The shoes run narrow, fit beautifully and are reasonably priced.
Yes some shoes are expensive but I do not think any more then at other non chain shoe stores. There selection is large. The staff is average.
I love this store
The selections is good
They hire teenagers though so don't expect stellar attentive service. Plus the hours are a little old fashioned
They should at least be open til 9 on Friday and Saturday nites and til 6 on Sundays
Don't know too many stores who pride themselves on basing their hours of operation on so-called family hours and not on customer needs
I guess they can afford to
