The Recon-CT team did a wonderful job repairing our home after extensive water damage from a burst pipe in the winter. The team was very professional and the work was done on time, on budget. We are very satisfied with Recon-CT and we would recommend them to anyone.

Lorin and Karl were very responsive through the entire reconstruction process. Our home was flooded while we were in FL. I immediately flew home, Lorin was there the next morning. He clearly explained the entire process, coordinated with the insurance company and insurance adjuster, the disaster cleanup ServePro folks, and then had Karl, the project manager handle the entire rebuild. All the workers and sub-contractors provided by Recon-CT were outstanding. The few issues that came up were quickly resolved with no difficulty. Most importantly, my wife is very happy with the results. Karl has been here through the entire process, checking each step to ensure everything is done to our satisfaction. Thanks Recon-CT!

We had such a great experience with recon. After the drama of our house, it was so great to have a company that cares. What was really great was the responsiveness. We have had so many contractors just not show up when they were supposed to and this company was on top of it. Especially Chuck our point of contact, such a great guy, he helped us navigate through the process and now we miss talking to him now that our house is complete. This company is truly the best. We recently had some water damage to our home and were fortunate enough to find this Recon-CT to help us out. From start to finish, Craig, Chuck and team were professional, responsive, efficient, and skilled. They were able to quickly assess the damage and develop a plan of action that would restore our home to its former state.

Throughout the entire process, the team made sure to answer any questions or concerns we had. They went above and beyond to ensure that the work was completed on time and within budget.

Not only did they fix the damage, but they also took steps to prevent it from happening again in the future. Chuck and his teams attention to detail and commitment to quality were truly impressive.

Overall, I cannot recommend this Recon-CT enough. If you need any work done on your home, particularly related to water damage, this is the team you want to call. Thank you for everything!

It was an excellent experience working with Recon-CT. Lorin and his crew were courteous, professional and thorough. They were great at communicating and it helped a great deal during and after the rebuild process after our house fire. I would recommend them and use them again for my contracting needs!
