  Rich Barnes was a pleasure to work with! I am a first time buyer and he made the process of purchasing very smooth. I appreciated how responsive he was, whether we talked via email, text or phone he was easy to reach and got things done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend!!

  Rich was amazing to work with!!! This was our first time buying a home and Rich made the home hunting process a breeze. He is extremely professional and supportive. He was sending us listings every other day and pointed us in the right direction for our accepted offer. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. My brother recommended Rich to us and I am so thankful. We 100% recommended Rich with all your realtor needs.   My husband and I have worked with Rich Barnes from Realty Experts LLC to buy 3 different properties. For each property that we have purchased Rich was very professional and knowledgeable about the market and the individual homes we were viewing. Rich always has great insight on home values and if houses are over or under priced he is honest about it and he works hard to make sure we get a good deal. He’s always been very helpful every step of the way when searching and purchasing a home and he really works to get the best deal for his clients. We’ve already worked with him 3 times and will definitely work with him in the future should the opportunity open up for us to buy another property!
