It’s not OK that 60% of third graders in Mecklenburg County are reading below grade level. We can fix this problem if we work together. Read Charlotte is leading a community-wide movement to double the percentage of third graders reading at grade level in Charlotte-Mecklenburg from 40% in 2015 to 80% by 2025.
