My family and I have been buying vehicles from Ray price Honda for several years and will continue to do so. Jerry Salter has been very helpful in finding the correct vehicles for each of my family matters'specific needs. The thing that has been appreciated the most has been the additional follow ups to ensure that we have been completely satisfied with our vehicles.

Me and my wife just bought a new Honda CR-V from Ray Price. We liked them because their prices were the lowest around. Some reviews people said they weren't honest about there internet prices but are sales men Sylvester Szmejda gave us a great price both on the CR-V and my trade with out even having to do any haggling at all. No one there was pushy about anything and was really helpful. This is my fourth Honda now and when I go to buy my fifth I know that I will definitely be going back to Ray Price Honda. Thanks to everyone there for an easy buying experience!!

What a day. Finally mom settled a what she thought would be the perfect car for her. A slightly used Honda Pilot. Mike G. Took great care of us and made sure Mom understood every aspect of the car as well as the whole buying process. The Pilot was and has been a truly perfect car for her. Can't wait to see and visit the new dealership! Hopefully the other salespersons can be a little bit more discrete with their "smoke/drink/spit" hangout, and not do it right out front.

I found the vehicle of my dreams, drove over an hour to get to Ray Price Honda and was greeted by Ian Jensen. Ian was personable, fun and professional! We took the Mazda CX5 for a test drive, I fell in love, we worked out the numbers and my husband met us the next day to finalize everything. Ian worked very hard to get us to the number we wanted to be at. I'm so happy we took the drive and did the research to find exactly what I wanted instead of settling. Thank you, Ian and Ray Price Honda! I'm absolutely thrilled with my Mazda CX5 and the impeccable service you provided!!

Two weeks ago my boyfriends 3 month old Honda got a flat. We took it to Honda and they changed the tire for free. On our ride home the car started to freak, the engine ticked, stalled and stopped and started smoking. Here we are two weeks later and just got off the phone with Honda. The man on the phone disrespected us, accused us of lying, and hung up on us and told us he'd call back in 2 hours. As soon as this car gets out of there we'll never be using Honda's services again

"If you are looking for someone who will protect your interests, I advise you to AVOID Ray Price Honda! We came here because my 18-year-old son needed a reliable car for work and for starting college. Salesman ARTHUR TORRES showed us a 2008 Scion tC with 103,000 miles. He told us that the mechanics inspected the car and all that it needed was a new driver’s-side sun visor and new tires by next inspection. We bought the car "as-is" based on this representation. One week later the engine seized up due to extremely low oil levels. It took 4 quarts of oil to fill it and it only has a 4-quart capacity engine! The engine is ruined and it cost my son $2,700 to replace it with a used engine. After back-and-forth negotiations in which he tried to pay as little as possible, sales manager LOU DOTTLE finally sent us $900 and stated, “That’s all we can do.” My son took out a tuition loan for his first semester because of this. In my opinion, Ray Price Honda looks more at their own bottom line than taking care of their customers. I consider this to be a very NEGATIVE car-buying experience!"

I bought 5 different cars from different dealerships in last 5 years. Today I had the best customer service experience at Ray Price honda. They are the quickest and extremely polite. Also I checked with 3 different dealers before coming in here They got me best price.

We and our family get all our cars there. The first experience with sales rep Andre was great and we go to him every time we need a car since. The service and finance sections are also very helpful/personal. Great dealership all around.

Our salesperson, Jerry, couldn't have been more helpful. He's a walking encyclopedia on all the cars he sells and knows the inner workings of every feature inside and out. He is very straight forward and thorough with his explanation of how each of the features work. He makes sure you understand everything about the vehicle you're purchasing before you leave the lot. even if it means he as to stay an hour past closing time, as he did for us when we purchased our new Mazda.
He also went above and beyond the call of duty when my other vehicle wouldn't start when it was time to leave. Jerry rolled up his sleeves and proceeded to help me get the older vehicle started.what a nice guy! A very smooth and stress-free car-buying experience!response / report this review -

I came to ray price honda on 11/30/2016 around 6:30 to buy a used car i had saw online or to lease a new crv if that wasn't availble. I walked around the showroom for about 40 minutes without even being acknowledged by a single sales person. I drove 50 minutes to get there, with my infant son as well. Complete waste of time, I ended up leasing a car from Lehigh valley honda.

I didn't know where to go when purchasing a new car but as soon as I walked into Ray Price Honda I knew this was the place. The sales associate RJ Parker made me feel so comfortable, he was able to answer all my question and was so patient with me I truly appreciate everything he did and will always recommend everyone to go see him. If you're in the market for a new car this is where you have to go! Thank you again RJ!!

My father just purchased the 2016 Honda Accord through Felix Cruz at this dealership and let me tell you, Felix knows what he's doing when it comes to cars and sales. Not only did he make my father and I feel comfy purchasing another car but he had all the knowledge that we could ever ask for in a car buying experience. We have been going to Ray Price for years and the car my father had before his new one was purchased from Ray Price Honda as well. When my fathers car was brought out, the service men and women did their part in making sure that my fathers car was cleaned from top to bottom and it smelled amazing on the inside. I would continue to refer anyone and everyone to head to Ray Price because their service is unbelievable exceptional and they really make you feel as if you are starting a family with them. Felix Cruz is an amazing car sales man and I'm telling anyone reading this to make sure that he gets recognized for his amazing service. Another thing that I really enjoy about Ray Price would be the friendliness that you experience from everyone when you are sitting in the showroom. Usually you go to other dealerships and not everyone is very talkative or greets you but everyone at Ray Price knows how to make a customer feel like they want to be there. My father and I really and truly thank Felix Cruz for his undivided attention for our purchase and you better believe that our next purchase and others down the road will be through Felix Cruz and Ray Price Honda!!
