I took my mother and sister to visit the Ray Charles Plaza. We had an awesome time while there.

This is a great place to go for peace and quiet. Right on the Flint River. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy the scenery. The 2 mile trail is beautiful as well. I LOVE the piano keys throughout the park leading to the statue of Ray Charles. It is a beautiful feature in the park. The entire park is gorgeous!

Design of the memorial is inovative as its rotates on itself and music is being played around.

The monument sits on the Flint river, so you get to enjoy that in the background while his music plays.
