DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR BUSINESS!!!! THE Owner of this company has ZEROOOOO knowledge about plumbing and overcharges like crazy!!!! He is a scammer charges 3 times what things are actually worth. The only thing he had going for him were his 2 techs that were the only reason for the few good reviews on here and they are now both gone. How do you own a plumbing company and have no understanding of the trade. How can a person sleep at night charging customers disposal fees for trash that is not even theirs? Do what you wish people but please Google pricing before you even thinking of giving this man business. Ps I gave it one star because I had no other choice if not it would have been a negative star.

They took the job and scheduled me for 4-6 pm for plumbing issues. At 230 pm they called, they are coming now and my home is out of their way to come later. I had coordinated with the city to meet there to open the waterline and a person to open the home for sale at 4 pm. After back and forth they canceled the job because it is an hours drive. Their attitude was that of blaming me for hiring them. If I was too far they should not accept the job the address was there and I agreed to the cost. Now I have to reschedule everything because they are inconvenienced! Terrible customer service Do Not Use!!

We ordered a new walk-in shower with enclosure. It all was installed on the same day, old debris removed and clean after work ended. Mike was polite and well prepared to do the job. My wife and me loved the way they worked. I do will recommend them.

I called to have our water heater replaced. I got served on the same day and it’s working perfectly. Pricing was reasonable for the job quality delivered. Will recommend them to anyone.

We called Rapid Pro Services to fix toilet clog and so they did in less than 1 hour after my call. I really appreciate fast work and how he cleaned it after finish. Definitely will call them again. Thumbs up.
