John has been working with us for 17 years. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our phone system. He is kind, efficient and reliable. He has helped us with phones, computer lines and more. A great company!!

Want to thank John Fallon and the Rapid Connections Inc. team for another successful installation. This is the second installation/upgrade that Rapid Connections has performed for us, both projects were completed on time and within budget. 100 plus users never experienced an outage or lost time. Rapid Connections always responds to service calls the same day. Despite being an out-source vendor, we consider John and the Team as in-house staff.

We've worked with this company and John for over 10 years. We first met John when she installed our phone system into a new office. Once the system was installed John was meticulous in making sure that we understood the ins and outs of the system. He dealt with numerous calls from us and quickly made any changes and answered our questions. So when we moved to a larger office back in 2015, John was the first person we called to move and install the phone system. Even now when we need a phone reprogrammed, we call him and it's handled the same day. As I tell him time and time again. HE IS THE BEST!

John Fallon, the owner and only employee of Rapid Connect is not the most professional of people. If you give him an inch, he will take a mile. Though he may be good at what he does, be sure to always have the work done first and ensure it works before you pay the full invoice. He pretty much robbed me and there is nothing I can do to get my money or time back.
