One of the most beautiful, well kept and friendly parks I've ever been to.

Very nice area, but absolutely nothing up here but the park and the lake. If that's what you're looking for, this is the place. Wish they had some sites with hookups. It's a long drive from home though.

Calm and serene state park. Amazing views of the Rangeley lake. Visited on the Labor day weekend expecting crowd but there were hardly any people around. The park staff were extremely courteous.

This is a calm and protected place good for family camping. I would have rated 5 star if the place was cleaned up properly. It's the responsibility of the travelers as well to take care of their pet's gifts to this place.

One of Maine's many great state parks. This state park is small, but beautiful, as it lies on a peninsula jutting into Rangely Lake. This park is worth a visit for those who are looking for a nice day trip, or possibly renting a canoe for the afternoon. Quiet, well maintained, and fairly private campsites are also available for anyone who wants an extended stay. The boat landing and swimming areas are exceptional. This park also has an excellent location near other local Rangely attractions like the Height of the Land, restaurants, shops, and so on. Definitely worth a visit.

A great place for camping! Nicely spaced and separated sites. Very friendly and knowledgeable rangers at the park entrance.

My favorite Maine state park for camping. Great sites and a good boat launch. The people at the front gate appear to enjoy their work and welcomed us like we were family. Family that they liked, even.

Great state park and nice campgrounds, people there were friendly and quiet. Perfect getaway when you need to get away from the city without driving too far. Can't wait to get back!

The lake is beautiful but that has nothing to do the state park and its maintenance. There appeared to be little attempt to govern run off and protect erosion in the undesignated areas from human damage. This caused the sites to have a beat down and tired look. There is little to no privacy between the sites due to the condition of the foliage. People park their vehicle with this in mind. I should be fair and say the lake is amazing and is worth the visit regardless. But if possible don't stay at the park.
One night was enough for me.
