Attorney Joshua Rand graduated from University of Creighton School of Law in 2001 and started RAND AND ASSOCIATES in 2002. Joshua grew up in a suburb of Chicago, Illinois and attended undergrad at the University of Georgia where he obtained a B.A. in English and played football as a walk on for the Bulldogs. Joshua is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Tennessee. His overall philosophy is to produce quality work in a fun professional environment and continually find ways to be an asset to his clients.

When you close with RAND AND ASSOCIATES you can expect the highest level of service and attention to the smallest details. We have an outstanding family oriented staff that will greet you with a smile and offer a beverage when you walk in the door. We will prepare a HUD 1 statement as soon as we receive a loan package. We will schedule to close around your availability and will travel to a neutral location if your borrower can't make it to us.
