I could hear my neighbors every word through the wall until they went to bed at 4 am. The gym was 2 doors down and I could hear people in there dragging some sort of equipment after 1 am. Breakfast was better than some. Bed was ok. I didn't get any sleep so 1 star.
The staff here is extremely nice. The Manager Jennifer is amazing!!
I booked a room at this hotel on Priceline. We were in Perry to attend a wedding and were not familiar with the area. The room assigned to us was so nasty we did not stay. There was a large commercial fan in the room (don't know what that was about). Did not even want to stay long enough to find out. We went across the street to the Holiday Inn Express which was clean.
Safe, clean and convenient! The staff was so friendly and professional and went the extra mile to accommodate me. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Perry!!!
Very friendly safe place good food in thesafe place good food in the area glad we found this place
nice place for fair price good customer service and overall good stay
Actually would give this horrible hotel zero stars. Our room was dirty and it reeked of mold. I slept with the sheets over my mouth because of the smell. The playground area was overgrown with weeds, had beer bottles and rat traps strewn about. The bathroom was dirty, smells, stained with mold and the shower did not work properly. Go to the Days Inn next door, that seemed way nicer and much cleaner.
Killed several bugs crawling on walls. Towels thin enough to read the paper through. Curtains would not close enough to keep light out. Had to use extra towels to place behind door since we could see daylight under the door. Air conditioner set to high and still not cooled. Shower "pan" pieced in. Toilet built for toddlers with a super cheap seats. Carpet gross where you never would be bare foot! Fridge and microwave set directly in front of hand towel bar. Patio furniture is so sad with broken webbing on most chairs. Understand that remodeling is supposed to happen in the near future but it should be closed down until it is done.
Checked in around 10 pm (only because it was dog friendly). It was dark so we couldn't tell how bad it actually was. We were woken up by a woman yelling (7AM) that she had bed bugs. While I was letting my dog walk around the cleaning lady told me to check our mattress because there were several rooms that have untreated bed bugs (we did not). The police came out twice while we were there and health inspectors were inspecting rooms also. This place is a legit dump. The best part was when I asked where the continental breakfast was, they directed me next door to the days in LOL. So much more I could write about haha
No star . I was a worker here for only 2 days . They don't change out of the comforter .They only change out the sheets and pillowcases . You would think once something gets stain . And it won't come out you would throw it away . No . They keep it . In the back all the clean linen were on the floor because it fell out of a bag . I was once in the military so I know how cleaning standards should be. They paid me by the room so what the deep cleaning needed to be done I couldn't do so I did as I could in the amount of time I was being paid . But the hotels were dirty way before I came .
You get what you pay for. Traveling with my parents and their dog, we are limited to pet friendly places. The restaurant only serves breakfast now although I guess it was a pretty nice full service restaurant back in the day. All the beds are full XL if you are looking for two beds in the rooms, no queens. It's not very clean and the dog sniffing the top cover convinced me to exchange it promptly. We still can't open the door on the first time despite getting the keys reprogrammed twice. It also appears the owners own the adjacent Days Inn, which looks equally crappy. If you're looking for a cheap place to flop for the night with non-existent amenities, decrepit infrastructure and sad service, this is the place to be! Good for transient construction workers and kids looking to party.
