Stayed here probably 40 nights or so. Was working an out of town job and my employer chose this place. I am not sure what they charged but i wouldn’t pay more than $50-60 to stay here when there are so many other options. I stayed in about 6 different rooms. Every room has a different setup which is odd. The worst room had a sink outside of the bathroom in the hallway and was already super cramped for a “2 person” room then the AC didn’t work. When you have to stay in a room with a fat guy who snores like a freight train, a working AC is a must. Other rooms had crappy showers and water pressure and weren’t cleaned that great especially the fridge. Worst of all THE WIFI WAS GARBAGE! If you managed to get a signal, it was slow and then you lost it within ten minutes. I did like that there was on site laundry which was relatively cheap. The manager there along with staff were fairly polite and helpful. So, good for staying overnight and if it’s cheap. Bad if you’re paying more than $80. It did look like they were renovating so maybe it’ll get better.

Poor selection of drinks but it's a fairly nice dining room

Horrible place to go. Rooms dirty 😭 dead bugs on the floor, hallway's are dark as hell it feels like you're at a funeralhome. Stay away from this place at all cost. I give this 4 stars down..

Place was garbage! Mouse droppings in the drawers, flies everywhere, rooms weren't ready for an hour after we arrived (we had this reservation well in advance), rooms didn't even have pillows or blankets when they were "ready". Utica is fine, the Ramada is NOT. Seriously, don't stay here.

Room on the 1st floor wasn't as well maintained as the room we stayed in on the 2nd floor last year.

The property is dated, the workout room gets a D- equipment looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, there were no towels, no cleaning wipes, T.V. didn’t work, junk stored in the room, The environmental controls did not work. The ICE machine was down on the 1st floor and the vending by the front desk location was beyond a joke.. Room was ok, Not what I expected from a Ramada. This location is off my list.

Went to a blues society event at the lounge...nice place, usually good food but not this last time...kitchen not open! From what I understand, the bar is closing in a couple of months, so could be the reason why! But still a great place...too bad it's closing!

Would not honor reservations or rate for rooms. We booked three rooms here months ahead of time for an event in Utica. when we arrived to check in, they told us that not only was the rate we booked the rooms at wrong (despite being on the confirmation email which we printed out and brought with us), but that they were "full" and could only give us 1 of the rooms. At the time, the parking lot was completely empty. When we asked to speak to a manager, the employee at the front desk called him, and the response that they got was that we needed to pay the new rate, and that he will be in tomorrow afternoon if we would like to speak with him about it. In the end, half of our party slept on cots in a room that was arguably too small for the furniture already in there...

For an old empty hotel, it's surprisingly difficult to get a room here EVEN IF you make reservations in advance.
