  Eh, I miss living in La Jolla where we had a really good Ralphs. This Ralphs is a joke. It's small and they don't even have a butcher (you know, a fresh meat/seafood area behind the glass with a guy to help you). The selection of fish is sad. Everything feels cramped. People here are noticeably less friendly than at the store I'm used to. It's just a weird store and I don't like it.

  Products are good but always a little bit more expensive compare with the competionen across the street. They need more employees. Self checkout you might wait for some time when the system tells help is on the way.

  I had the pleasure of being in GINA MARIE'S check out line. She was courteous and greeted us with a warm smile. She was conscientious of my disability and offered further assistance if needed. GINA MARIE is an asset to the store We will be back because of her

  Go to other Ralphs stores PLEASE! The main reason is the store manager 'Reza Shafiei' is somewhat of a rude person that acts as if he owns the store and EVERY time I go to get a western union he says the internet is not working and that it was working earlier in the day! But when I come back to the store the next day and another gentleman is there everything seems to be working just fine and every other Ralphs say that is weird that this one location never has western union ONLY when Reza Shafiei is working! And when you ask him for an explanation he says ' I don't know'
  Well for a manager he sure needs to be better trained to be nice to others and not laugh at it with a smurk on his face...

  Fresh fruits are a delight here. Slightly overpriced place but guess they are overpriced because they truly have quality stuff.

  Decent shopping options. Only complaint is how they tolerate crud crusted drunks that smell of feces from 50+ yards away (not name calling just an appt description) to smoke by the entrance.
