Very poor customer service! When I asked a simple question an employee responded very inappropriate towards me and began to argue with me once confronted. I used to tolerate their horrible wings before this incident because the lack of pizzeria's in my area. But now ill just settle for Chinese. Its 3 thumbs down for me!!!

At first I was zero with shoes and pizza was just OK. Then I got my button and pizza was better PLUS soft drinks of choice. Problem is I can't be seen there nemore no offense.

I ordered a pizza at 8:30 it arrived at 10:10 keep in mind they close at 9:00 the pizza was ice cold and it tasted like ketchup on top of a cracker with cheap cheese on top. I will never order again

Horrible & rude!!! Delivered 5 menus to my home and when I called for delivery they said we don't deliver there. How do you think I got your menu!!!!!!!!

After ordering consistently for so long and having 3 bad experiences, today was the final straw. The customer service is horrible - the workers simply do not know how to respectfully communicate with customers. I was charged for 2 large pies to a debit card and the delivery man came with 1 pie asking for cash. After calling to straighten it out and dealing with two incredibly rude employees, the frustrated employee offered no solution other than to send the food back with the driver. Needless to say, I will not be ordering again. The food is no one near worth the headache.

The pizza is ok I ordered a pepperoni with extra cheese. I am use to larger pepperoni and more of it other than that it was decent. Ijust recently ordered the cheese steak sandwich. It was the worst cheese steak I ever had. The bun wasn't toasted the meat was peppery and salty. It was ver dry. I ordered twice from there and was not impress.

Although this is a chain restaurant, the food is really good and you get a lot of food for your money.

I ordered a Cesar chicken salad wrap and they put the Cesar on the side. really? For this price the least you can do is just put the Cesar in the wrap. And the chicken taste like they microwaved it, smh never getting from this place again.

When the boy Ralphy owned the place the pizza was amazing! Like the place was packed everyday. Now the pizza taste like cardboard no joke.

I'm a long time customer and I was shocked when they didn't cut my pizza. I called them and the same girl with glasses who took my order said she was the manager when I asked for one. When I told her about the pizza she didn't say anything and there was silence for a minute until I said "hello". She said "well next time we will cut it." I said "no apology?" And then she straight up hung up on me. You guys lost a 15 year customer.
