We were there just to look at Fiat as an option for a new car we are looking to purchase soon. There was never any pressure to buy and everyone was so friendly and very helpful. We visited 2 other dealerships today; this was by far the best! We will definitely be back when we want to buy!

They were incredibly nice and helpful, very willing to answer any questions and worked with us test a few cars knowing the one went in originally wasn’t quite right for me. Even when told them had to think about it since we weren’t 100% the cars (although lovely and very fun to drive) were right for us they were very understanding and gracious to us. Even though we ended up going a different route I would recommend folks 100% to stop by and check them out.

Great experience! Both Josiah and Mike were awesome. Their focus around providing great customer experience exceeded my expectations. They sure did much better job than what I experienced at Tesla!

Shane, amazing customer service and sales. Mike as a fantastic manager. finance was quick and easy . Highly recommend. I'm a picky buyer and didn't plan on buying a vehicle for awhile but the price was right and they made swift deal. NOT ALL DAY JUST AMAZING.

Josiah and Lisa were super to work with. They were knowledgeable, friendly, patient and not pushy. They were able to help me find exactly the car I wanted. I highly recommend them and the dealership. Overall great experience!

I just purchased a 2014 white Maserati GT from this dealership. Can't say enough nice things about these guys, especially Josiah my sales rep, so I'll just leave it to a couple nice things. I consider my self a veteran car buyer as I've bought many cars , including high end cars and exotics . I could have gotten this car for $5k cheaper at a different dealership down the road but when buying a Maserati , I felt more secure with Josiah and the GM, Steve, having my back and taking care of me down the road. This car also had all it's up to date maintenance done and was just a real "neck breaker" to people when you drive past them. In the end it came down to knowing and trusting the people I do business with and i trust these guys . Give Josiah a call if you're in the market for a Maserati . And trust me you won't be disappointed .

These guys are fantastic! Super professional and knowledgeable. They fixed up my Fiat really quickly and were exceedingly friendly in all interactions. Gary specifically is absolutely radical. Like Bart Simpson on a surfboard with fireworks shooting out of the front while fighting a grizzly bear radical. These guys are honest, effective, and won't bend you over a barrel if given the opportunity.

I'm debating sabotaging my own car just to have an excuse to go back.

Shine on you crazy Rairdon, shine on.

Best buying experience I have had to date. Stopped at another dealership first and ended up leaving disappointed. Decided not to give up and give these guys a try instead. They were on a whole other level. We had a young guy Vinny approach us as we arrived. Super relaxed and patient as he showed us around and answered our endless questions about the product. Never rushed or pushed into buying something we didn't want. I hope that he is still working there when I'm in the market for my next truck. We'll definitely be back.

I traded my Mercedes E for the new Alfa Romeo Giulia. What worked for me? The cars are and availability/options are great, Lisa has great knowledge of the vehicles and features. Before the actual car delivery, switched for another color, they gladly re-did all the finance work and contract. Can be improved: The purchase experience took 6 hours, can be done faster. I would also like to faster post-purchase communications. There are some minor opportunities to improve but would recommend them!

Had work done on my Abarth by Mike in the service department. Very happy with the work he did! Great customer service by Chad, the service adviser!

UPDATED 11/16 Just bought my 2nd car from this dealership! Again, a wonderful experience. I worked with Josiah this time, as Martin was not in, and he was patient and helpful and really fun to work with.
The finance manager and the GM are also both exceptionally easy to work with. I love these guys, and will be excited to come back in another couple years for my next purchase!

Look, its stressful buying a new car sometimes.
With these folks, the whole process was easy, clear, and - most importantly- classy.
No high pressure craziness. No bugging you to death with insane marketing or calls or anything.
Martin Hadley is a true professional, and I felt completely at ease with him through the several month process of my decision making.
Brion was concise, respectful and efficient when it came time to sign.
When they sent someone to get me to bring me to the dealer and check out my new ride, I knew I was ready to drive away with my selected vehicle- but I still didn't feel obligated in any way to buy it if I didn't like it.
The pricing was more than fair.
The car was in beautiful condition.
The entire staff was friendly, helpful and relaxed.
    The facility is very nice.
Martin went through every aspect of the car for me and gave me as much information as I wanted.
He also respected my busy schedule on the day of purchase.
If I were going to buy another car, I would go back again.
I am thrilled and appreciate their professional and high quality customer approach.
    Thanks!

Awesome group of people! They really helped me out in a huge way!!! I was a lost cause to a couple of car dealerships and the people here really took good care of me. I am going back in a couple of months to trade my car in. I am hoping they are able to help me out once again. I bought my car during Memorial Day holiday of this year. I LOVE my convertible 500C, but the weather is a little tough in Seattle during the Fall/Winter and I have a long commute. Looking forward to the Fiat L Trekking model!!

    GO FIAT!!

Best first car buying experience I could of asked for. I worked with Lisa and she spent an hour teaching me how to drive stick shift. Though I ultimately decided against the car on got a different car that really feels like it was meant for me.

I got a great price on my 2016 Fiat 500 Pop, and my salesperson, Lisa, was very friendly and helpful, answering questions, not heavy-handed. Nate in finance was friendly and efficient with the paperwork, advising me of available service contracts but not being pushy. I would rank Rairdon Fiat 5 stars except for Brian, the sales manager. I met him for about one minute and he was patronizing and overly aggressive - exactly why people hate the car-buying experience. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience.
