  David, our service technician, was excellent. Before leaving, he made sure everything was functioning properly and promptly replaced all the necessary parts. He also made sure I was satisfied. When he said he would, he showed up. It was too nice to communicate. Right now, everything functions properly. I strongly advise.

  Every time we open the garage door, it makes a squeaky noise that has recently gotten louder, so I called Rainbow Garage Door to fix it. Torsion springs were not the appropriate strength, according to David, who arrived on time and performed a thorough safety inspection. He swiftly and expertly swapped it out. Getting an appointment over the phone was simple and quick with Rainbow Garage Door. David is a reliable, skilled, and timely technician. He provided prompt, thorough responses to our questions. Amazing experience. If possible, we would use their services once more without a doubt.

  Great experience with Nati. Called on Sunday morning and he showed up within 2 hours. Quickly diagnosed our garage door issue and gave us our options. From the minute he showed up he was knowledgeable and sincere. Never felt like he was trying to upsell us. He fully replaced our garage door opener within 2 hours and explained everything along the way.
