  i didnt know that the hoa dues covered biological waste dealings by maintenance personell till i came accrss the denton family
  I also wanted to coment
  Skyler denton whos targets include but are not limited to churches schools or public gathering
  safty of the hoa is ?
  
  Public records show a non hoax issue in Oregon do your own public records search
  
  Again i do not see the folowing in the hoa guide
  Or something the maintenance personel can deal with like the elderly abandonment issue listed above
  
  Also a safty issue with skyler denton
  That needs looked into public records
  Bend oregon
  Next board meeting or sooner
  
  I dont think garbage like the dentons fit the rafter j hoa guidelines at all
  A hoa is home owners association
  Cant see how
  Why anyony would want to be associated with the dentons
  
  A real estate invest is
  A safe place to live is
  Hopefully the board can see where this is heading on quality of life even
