We had a great time rafting the middle Ocoee with Raft One. We went the first weekend of October and unfortunately the leaves had not changed yet, but it was still a pretty ride. Never having gone rafting before, I was really nervous about falling out and I was expecting the whole ride to be class 3 & 4 the entire way down the river. We never tipped over, no one fell out and there were moments of down time mixed with moments of excitement. After awhile I was hoping to run across more class 4 as they were fun. My husband rode the bull and we got some great pics for $35 at the end of our trip. Our rafting guide Matt was great and I think that he made the trip enjoyable. I heard the other group talk about tipping and we didn’t have much cash so we gave what we had. I have no clue what the standard is, but I read on another site $5pp which seems a little low. Overall, great company to raft with and we had an enjoyable experience.

I went not knowing what to expect and from the beginning I was a little nervous but once we got our guide Ben, he made us pumped and ready to take on the river, I even got a new nickname 'fury'!! Great experience, 10/10 Will come back, friendly staff and beautiful river. Thanks for the wonderful first time experience Raft One!!

Great rafting company. Best raft guides on the Ocoee. They stop at certain places on the river for raft sliding and cannonball pop ups. Brad is a fantastic guide so make sure to ask for him. He is fabulous with the younger kids and makes sure the adults have a fabulous time too. You won't be disappointed!

I had such a great time going down the Ocoee. Ben Stone, I believe that was his name, was our guide; I called him "Hero" because that's what he was. He MADE our trip. He guided us down safely, he was extremely knowledgeable, and also lots of fun. I would recommend him, and Raft One to anyone. Be sure to ask for Ben and also to "ride the bull".. trust me, it's fun.

Raft One is a fantastic company for white water rafting! Matt Green is exactly what you hope for in a guide. He is professional, fun, friendly, knowledgeable about the river, experienced and he ensured that we had the best possible trip down the river. Four of the 6 people on our raft had no experience and Matt made sure that we went THROUGH all the best parts of the river. We were safe and thrilled and soaked! He even added fun to the areas without IV rapids. Raft One appeared to be the only company with a raft slide in the middle of the trip. They know how to make white water rafting safe and fun!

Raft One is by far the best guide company on the Ocoee River. We witness other guide companies passing us up while we would stop and turn our raft over on a huge boulder so we could bounce off of it and dive into the water or stop in a tunnel and make a human damn Our Guide Miss Katie was the best guide we could ask for. She made sure with the other two guides in the other two rafts that we had the time of our life's. Katie was our guide for the zip line and rafting I would recommend you ask for her Very entertaining! It's more than just money with this company, it's about making sure we have a blast and it worked for me and my family. We Love Raft One and what a deal they gave us to do both zip line and white rafting on different days

Ben "like the Rock" Stone is hands up the best guide on the river. I say hands up because you'll be having so much fun your hands will be in the air the whole time! He's awesome like finding money in your dirty laundry. Ben's last name is Stone for a reason. We never once got stuck or pinned on a single rock. Ben is the ultimate crowd pleaser sacrificing his mind and body for your trip. Raft One is the only rafting company in my mind, all the other companies just don't compare.

We visited the area for a week. We tried lots of activities, but WOW, this trip with Raft1 was the most fun by far of the week! I cannot say enough about our guide Adam. He was so much fun, and a true expert at what he does. The staff was very friendly, and the rafting trip made our vacation a 10! We will 100% be back again, I strongly encourage anyone looking to raft or zip in the area to contact Raft1, you will not be disappointed! Adam - see you again soon bud!! Rob and Danielle.

These guys are amazing, and I won't be looking elsewhere. They truly care about the river and the experience of their guests, and it shows. Will was our guide, and I can't say enough good things. He was personable, knowledgeable, and able to almost effortlessly balance the experienced rafters who weren't at all afraid to get up close and personal with the water with a first-timer who started out terrified.

If you want to be "herded" down the river, go with one of the larger companies (which I did two weeks prior to my trip with Raft One). If you want a more intimate, personal experience and to really interact with the Ocoee, go with Raft One. You won't be sorry.

Traveled from Florida to hit the Ocoee River. Our guide Anthony was great! We had a blast we and we were soaked! He showed us various areas of the river and taught us the power of team work. We WILL be coming back.

We by far picked the best company to raft with! We found Raft One just through a web search and couldn't have been more pleased. It is an extremely well run organization with wonderful facilities and great staff. They go above and beyond to make the trip enjoyable - their goal is not just to get to the end quickly. They stopped at one point and created a slide for us to go down which we loved. Other companies do not do the same. Our guide, Wildcat (Nick) was amazing! He made our first rafting trip fabulous and so much fun. We will definitely be back and will choose Raft One!!! The Stouts June '16
