I must say the manager was very pleasant and attentive to customers. He was circulating throughout the restaurant interacting with both customers and staff which was nice to see.

The buffalo chicken salad was AMAZING!!! I admit I would've never tried such a salad but I'm glad I did! The croissants were a nice touch with the salad.

My wife and I had supper at Rafferty's last and the food was spot on!!! Cudo's to the chef!!! Our server did a phenomenal job as well. Jacob thank you very much for helping to make our meal pop!!!! You should ask for him as we did not have to ask for ANYTHING!!! The manager Paul was very grateful to listen to what GREAT service we had. Extremely easy to spend my hard earned money in a business that provide great customer service!!!!

Raffertys is great! I had never been here before and a friend said we should go!! Our server was so nice and I had a blast!! The steak was cooked perfectly! Medium rare! And the mushroom appetizer was delicious! Not to mention I was able to peer up and see the scores of the games on about 50 different tvs there! I had a really good time!

Ericka D was our server and I was very disappointed. I use to visit the establishment a lot, but the service has really declined over the years. The food was greasy, and small portioned. Very disappointed.

I placed a pick up order. There is no option to add extra sauces. So I put it in the special instructions. Upon pickup the lady told me that the manager said that i couldn’t do that. She said I must pay for them. I said okay that is fine. If I’m going to have to pay extra to get sauce after spending 40 dollars on a meal. You think they could actually fill up the sauce cup. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and this will be my last visit. Customer service and quality is not what it once was.

The staff is always friendly when I come in. Me and my grandmother alwas sit at the bar, and always have nice attitudes. Brianna and Qen are amazing bartenders.

This is a very good casual resturant in a college town. It's atmosphere was nice and if you are a sports fan there are lots of televisions with sports on them. It has a very diverse menu that includes anywhere from soup and salad to steak. I would recommend the croissants with honey butter and nuts as an appetizer. They were delicious. Not just butter mixed with honey. It was a glaze of some sort. I would NOT recommend the mushrooms. The batter didn't stick and they were cold and not flavorful. The potato soup is excellent. It's medium priced and something for everyone. Have fun eating and enjoying your company.

The food is fair. The service is sluggish. The store is in disrepair. The restrooms were dingy. This restaurant is in dire need of a major overhaul, from the decor to the menu. The carpet is worn and dirty as is the upholstery. I ate here because I used to eat here withy grandparents when they were alive. But, unless you want to visit this place for posterity's sake, you would be better to go elsewhere.

We love Rafferty's it is a good place to go eat, it has great food, a convenient To Go - pay & pick up area which you can order online now plus it's 3 minutes from our offices. But today I called in a simple order and before I even paid I double checked to make sure they got the order for the cheese burger only ketchup correct and the nice young lady working in the To Go area said, you said plain so I removed the cheese so it's just a plain burger. I said no problem. I drive back to the office and the plain cheese burger which should now be a plain hamburger now is a hamburger with everything on it except cheese and ketchup. It wasn't for me so I'm not too bummed about it but our VP wasn't happy!!!

Atmosphere is awesome. The food is amazing. Sit down in here and enjoy some of the best food you have ever put in your mouth. Heck you might even bump into an old friend you have not seen in forever. The staff is awesome. Every time I am in Athens I stop in and enjoy their amazing food.

Went for the first time yesterday.... My burger was okay, fries were bland, and the ranch was watery. The buttery croissants were good though. Our server was phenomenal and the manager was quick to help as well.

This used to be my favorite restaurant but not anymore! They don't serve frozen drinks anymore, a lot of the original menu items are gone, and the recent service has NOT been that great. The manager that walks around is always nice but our waitress today gave off an impatient attitude. Sadly, I don't think I'll be coming back which sucks.

Soup and sandwich for lunch. Excellent choice. The Brookie for dessert was very good and large enough for two.

We went for lunch during the summer. Maybe they are better when school is on, but the good bordered on bad. The place was very busy with what looked like mainly business groups. I ordered gumbo, it tasted as if it came out of a can. No okra, it was watery and too salty with very little heat from spicing. The club sandwich featured sweet instead of smoky flavors and the toasted bread was wilted. There was nothing to draw me back.

As a non veggie person I can say I was more than satisfied. For ten bucks I had the soup of the day and a big plate full of rice and beans. Staff is friendly as well. I would definitely recommend to visit this place.

Excellent steaks and American cuisine in a fun, rustic styled restaurant. The prices are exceptional for the portion size and quality. Friendly staff and good desserts make this a cut above most chain restaurants.

3 stars. Positives: the food was all pretty good. The prime rib was fantastic; highly recommend it. Sadly, that's about the only positive thing about dinner there. We'll, it was quick. I'll give it that, but the service was pretty awful. From the rude and apathetic hostesses who seemed annoyed with our choice of where to sit - to our actual server. The staff seemed to be having an off night. We didn't wait long, but the first thing wrong was a giant ice cube resting in the middle of my side salad. Even the new one they gave me wasn't very good. The lettuce was just too cold and the ranch wasn't very flavorful. The next thing, my mother's order was completely wrong. She ordered chicken salad and crescent rolls w/ potato soup. It's a quite popular menu item, if I'm not mistaken. They brought a side salad w/ tomato soup. My husband's drink was filled to the top with ice cubes and hardly any soda. He had to ask for another fork twice, as the first one went away with my icy salad. Good food; below average service.
