The Radisson once again hosted the annual MBIA Montgomery County Breakfast. The hotel's main hall makes an excellent space to meet and greet before entering the conference room to hear the presentations. The Radisson staff were great as always, friendly high quality service. Thank you to everyone for another good year.

This hotel is really old and outdated. Location is in the middle of nowhere and surrounded by commercial buildings. Total upsell based on pics and info presented online. Restaurant downstairs is awful, rooms are decent at best, no microwave in the room, shower drain was messed up, many better choices to pick from for the price. Don't get fooled like we did. 2 stars is being nice too.

This is a comfortable place available at reasonable prices. They have free parking. Rooms are basic with no frills. But, clean and comfortable. Located close to several shopping areas and public transportation. For their rates they are a good deal if you basically need the room to sleep

Sean the front desk manager was exceptional in handling a few issues with the room. Sean went over and above to resolve the situation with a free upgrade and breakfast. Kudos to the whole staff who went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant. Will be back, even the free shuttle was quick and efficient, with very friendly and informative drivers.
    Thank you!

The room has a very open layout which is really nice. It was also very clean and the manager was very courteous to us. Not a fan of the door to the bathroom though, didn't feel very private.

We were treated to a two night stay by a family member because my husband was having surgery and we were coming in from out of town with no family close to the surgery center. The hotel is clean and our room was large. We were booked for a two bed room but accommodated with a handicapped room upon request. The one bed was queen size and not very comfortable which was the reason for four stars. The front desk staff was friendly but when I asked the price of candy in the snack bar I didn't get a straight answer so I walked out. The associate may have been playing when he said it depended on how many calories were in the bar, if it was 200 calories it would be $2.00, if 300 $5.00. The issue for me was when I walked away he never gave a serious answer but went back to his conversation with a co-worker. I was impressed with the health center it is very clean and had separate rooms depending on what you selected to do. Overall it served our purpose well and I would recommend it for a conference place or a short stay in the area.

The staff has been wonderful. My flight was delayed and I didn't check the in until 2 a.m. with special request, of course. The night manager made certain I got the accommodations which would work for me. The location is great and I'm very pleased I chose the Radisson.

Nice hotel. Good location. They had a nice breakfast buffet that you needed to pay for, but worth the cost. Staff was very friendly. Clean room.

Room was nice. It was in nice area. Didn't like parking in back of building with no back door entrance especially when come in after dark. Pool is not in a convenient location. Prices for snacks were over priced. I bought 3 bottles of pop and it was $9. I still have to check but be sure if you purchase room off of Groupon they don't honor room it says you reserved. I reserved double beds but when I got there they gave me a king bed. I was told my clerk oh we don't have anymore double beds but as long as we give you a room it's not promised what you reserved.

IT was a Beautiful Place. And We Recommend this Hotel 2 EVERYONE. I was most PLEASED with the " HEAT "IN OUR ROOM and all of the USB cords and the Comfortable Beds the Hotel has. Let me not forget the beautiful stair case that comes down to the Dinning area just so beautiful we used the stairs that's why we can say we love it. And I have to say I've been 2 alot of Hotel and Resorts but I'm very Happy with the Cleanest and how nice the Hotel Looked. And let's not forget I got a Deal 👍through Groupon.
Here's a Place you would Love to stay in Rockville Md.
    Thank Radisson

The hotel was OK. It was a nice place to just stay for a night. The service was amazing, very limited TV channels. The pool was not what was expected. It was very small and only go up to 5-5 and a half feet. The location is great as it is about 10 minutes away from Rockville town Square.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Went to visit family staying there. I was dressed quite poorly for the occasion and I was greeted with professionalism and care.

The bathroom doors are double closet doors so there is a crack in the middle and everyone can see you doing your business. There was excess paint on furniture, the tub, and mantel in the bathroom like they rushed to paint everything. Our room had a lobby window so we heard everyone in the lobby all night long. There were long black hairs in our bedding and all over the bathroom like they hadn't cleaned or changed the sheets prior to us coming. No breakfast and what we paid for was not worth $11.99 a person. The shuttle refused to take us to the closest metro station saying it was closed which it wasn't. The metro was shuttling people from those stations to working ones for free. Instead we had to drive in and pay for parking. The whole reason we picked the hotel was for the shuttle. Otherwise we would have stayed in DC. Walls paper thin, weird smell, very distant parking with no side entrance. Overall not impressed and not worth what we paid.

There is used soap and the beds weren't made. It was describing. The a.c would not turn off so our room was freezing! I was told we would be getting 2 queen beds, both were twins. I will never return to an establishment under this franchise
