I do not know any of the staff personally but I am a 65 years old geek engineer and have always received polite prompt service at that store, including today..I am only writing this because when looking for their phone number I see someone has posted a very angry remark about bad service..I have only had very good service myself. I have called 3 times to see if they have very specific items and all 3 times the sales person I talked to didn't have a clue! These people need a little training. I am not going to drive 30 miles because the person on the phone at Radio Shack doesn't know what a midi to usb cable is!!!

Customer service is a joke when it comes to the Sturgis location. Called the store to see if they have 160Ohm resistors and was told that they didn't have time to look for me, but was assured that they have them. Drove 8 miles into the store to find that they did not carry anything close to that size. Stood in the store for over a half an hour while the service reps. joked with and instucted a couple on how to use EVERY option on thier new phone. Never once asking them to step aside so that they (the reps) could ring us up or answer a short question. Funny thing is, a lady had been standing waiting for help since I walked into the store. Guess what? We both walked out.
