  Been a customer for a while at Rack Attack, never have reviewed it however had to this time around. Overall everyone at Rack Attack is courteous but specifically Aaron has been a star, he always goes above and beyond what is expected of him. Had an Alu Cab awning installed on the Jeep the other day, this came with barely any instructions, was supposed to be a quick install but since it was not a usual awning it look way longer and used some ingenuity and thinking on the spot to get it installed. Despite it taking almost 3/4 of the day he did not attempt to charge me more, though he could and would have been justified and to top it off, did it with a smile. Top expertise and customer service. Anything difficult or custom he will be my go to guy. Way to go Aaron

  I took my car in because it had a leak on the drivers side. Aaron assessed and repaired damage-at no cost. I am truly grateful for their help! Fabulous customer service

  Go anywhere to buy a rack or carrier. No tenacity. No ingenuity. No customer service. Although they are a "specialized" rack dealer, they do not offer any specialized service above their competition. They simply sell racks. I needed to retrofit a few year old model Thule bike carrier to a factory bar. They did not/could not offer help in coming up with solutions. They simply recommended I replace all three of my few year old bike carriers. I came up with a solution on my own using Thule's spare parts. When I went to order the parts list it was as if I was speaking a foreign language and creating a major inconvenience for the staff. Despite that I finally got the order placed it was going to be (depending on who I spoke to) anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks. My last trip is now past and the next is upon me and STILL no parts. Going elsewhere. Sorry Rack Attack, you will inventory my spare parts and have not earned my business.

  The guys here were so helpful and accommodating. The pricing matched everything I saw on the internet and the service was above and beyond. They answered all my questions, helped me figure out what I needed, and were cheerful and tolerant of the two toddlers I had in tow. My three-year-old now asks "when are we going back to rack attack?!".

  Bought an Inno roof cargo box and had a great experience. Price matched and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great place with inventory ready to go.

  My lock cores were jammed. They were quick and attentive. My visit lasted maybe 10 minutes. Thanks for helping me with my old Yakima rack.

  Overall great experience and definitely will do business with them again. Slightly bummed in the credit they gave me for my used ski rack that was almost brand new but I get they have to make a buck. Great service and very helpful employee. Good job guys!

  Took q7 in for luggage rack. They used fittings for a highlander. The bars weren't compatible with a q7 and the sun roof wouldn't open. Took the car back in an they charged 15% restocking fee to change to compatible bars. Poor customer service. Admit your mistake and fix it without charging the customer more.
  
  -update : Ryan saw this review and refunded the restocking fee. So after several trips there, everything is working.

  Made an appointment same day. Install for roof rack was fast. They were able to reuse some aero bars I had already. Hitch install was $600 less than the dealer. Nice guys. Good shop.
